I really hope you get it all sorted out.
I see some items I am always on the look out for but when they are from her, I know not to bother because it you look closely at the photos even, they are usually well worn. These are just the things I am interested in so I have never been tempted. Plus there is SO MUCH, I am put off even trying to browse what she has. It all ends up being very hap hazzard to me.

I can never figure Toolhaus out.

Toolhaus picks up all the negs, neutrals and withdrawns from an ebayer's feedback.

An ebayer like Linda's Stuff has over 6,000 pages of feedback so it would be pretty time-consuming to sift through it looking for negs. Toolhaus provides that information on one page.

And yes, there are around 1000 negs, neutrals and withdrawns but because she has over 100,000 positives, her feedback rating is still quite good.

BTW, I am not a Linda's Stuff advocate. I have never shopped there. I'm just trying to put the feedback information about her in perspective.

She can be very slow at responding. I bought a bag from her and waited a couple of weeks for it to arrive [Ebay said it hadn't been posted]. Contacted her and after a few days received a shipping number - for that day so she must have read my e-mail and sent it out. Bag was lovely though so left good feedback...just didn't give 5 stars for speed of delivery.

Hope it works out for you...I'm sure she'll sort it out on Monday. Good luck!

Jayne, just go to the website, and where it says: Neutral/Negative Feedback....see a box next to that, that's where you put the ebay ID of the person you want to know about.

Then you can click on received by.....to see what other people have left for them...only negs and neutrals come up, so this is very handy. Or you can go back and then click on left by....this will show any negs or neutrals that person left for others...if any.

It's a very useful tool, don't know what I'd do without it.

I have always had good experiences, quick accurate shipping too. Once they did tell me an item was an accidental relist, and then refunded me. I think they have a lot of stuff right now bc in the past few weeks it has gotten slower in the time it takes them to ship. the last one was a week before shipping. But that's ok with me. Still good prices. I'm not a have to get it tomorrow kind of gal or I'd shop in a store.

She will probably make it right and offer you a discount for next purchase. I doubt this will turn out badly for you OP if you are a little patient.

They've been selling a lot of stuff due to the Bonus ebay bucks promotion. She was one of the sellers who participated in the limited time promo. Normally you get 2% back but during the run, if you bought from Linda you got 5% back.

That would explain it! I'm never in a rush, so it doesn't bother me. But that would indicate the slower time, and possible errors are due to the increased sales! Thanks!

I get a page that says "Install the Negs Search plugin" or "User ID invalid" or " Please check the User ID and try again." That's what I mean by not being able to figure Toolhaus out. :confused1:

Sometimes I see interesting items but many of them are in horrible condition and they don't mention each flaws. So I don't bother bidding on. Also they seem to be a bit disorganized due to their volume.

OP, hope they contact you in timely manner.

Jayne, I don't know about plugin. it never asked me. Did you enter the exact ID? for example, "Linda's stuff" is "linda*s***stuff"

I have been dealing with Linda for sometime. I have found her to be professional in addressing any ebay issues..

If anyone is having a problem, please call her directly. She is most responsive and
will sort out any issue or problem that one might be having.

^ yeah, I'll give her a call tomorrow.

But the thing is, I'm just afraid she didn't just send me the wrong item, but I'm more scared that she got the orders mixed up and someone out there has the top I really want :l
