Amen, sistah! I stand corrected. But still have gotten some very nice authentic items from her.
This is ridiculous. I manage supply chain for a retail operation and we have more than 30,000 items a WEEK pass through our facility...I don't get to tell buyers 'sorry, we lost it.' If you're gonna run a business, get a handle on your stock, or as they say, "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen."

I also generally know when I've sold something and don't "miss the payment" and I don't use that as an excuse to not ship an item for a week.

I don't care what percentage of her feedback is bad--she should NEVER get away with saying "oh well we lost it" for that many items or blaming the buyer constantly. Poor way to do business.
 
Don't worry LINDA'S STUFF does always send items and she will refund if you are not happy for any reason. She has become a HUGE operation and apparently has so much stuff that she has sometimes gotten items mixed up. But she always makes it right (or at least that was true when I bought from her)

oOo! I'm kinda glad I didn't read this thread until now. I just bought a few items from her and I really LOVE what I got for the price. I'm really cautious about ebay lately and I probably wouldn't have bought from her if I read some of the bad experiences you all have had.
 
I do not consider this seller's auctions for the very fact that several times I have contacted her with questions regaring a LV item and she has NEVER EVER answered a single time. Terrible communication, for there is none!
 
So basically I bought two items from Linda's stuff. I sent her a message asking for combined shipping invoice. NEVER heard back. Whatever, I paid for shipping twice. Waited 4 days, they never sent me a shipping number. Sent them another message. HEARD NOTHING BACK--but they shipped it the next day, paypal notified me. Today, I get a package in the mail... just ONE package. It's some RANDOM teal dress shirt thing! I ordered a teal Marc Jacobs cami and a purple DKNY cami. So I call their number, of course... Saturday isn't their business hours. This is so frustrating. I have not received a single message back from Linda's stuff.

Oh no, how frustrating. I think she's a member here. Can you PM her? There's a thread about her & her store. Some of the posters have the same communication problem as yourself. I know that I have given up on buying anything from her because of the communication problem. Several of my requests for more pictures went unanswered.

That was your first red flag.....zero communication. But hindsight is 20/20......I have heard such bad things about this seller that I always stay away. Hopefully you can get in touch with her on Monday and get it worked out.
 
I just opened a SNAD just in case. Maybe I can get this situation taken care of quicker since I've received no communication from the seller so far. The thing she sent me was so ugly. But I guess they mixed up orders, I guess that's understandable since they sell in the thousands, but still poor organization on their part.
 
She has such excellent feedback, I thought I was the only one who was dissatisfied with my purchase.

I bought a sweater and it had two holes and runs down the back. Of course there were no pictures showing this or I would not have bought the sweater in the first place. I emailed her and never heard back. I would never buy from this seller again!
 
She has lots of negs but she still has a FB rating over 99%. She does have over 100,000 feedbacks and it looks like most of these transactions have ended with happy customers.

From what I have heard, she can be slow to respond and resolve but that things eventually do get resolved. Some people don't mind the frustration in return for a great deal. For others it is not worth it.

I sent a few emails to Linda recently and they all bounced back into my junk folder. I'm not trying to make excuses or anything, just presenting a reason why she may not have gotten back. I hope you get it sorted out!
