Amen, sistah! I stand corrected. But still have gotten some very nice authentic items from her.
This is ridiculous. I manage supply chain for a retail operation and we have more than 30,000 items a WEEK pass through our facility...I don't get to tell buyers 'sorry, we lost it.' If you're gonna run a business, get a handle on your stock, or as they say, "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen."
I also generally know when I've sold something and don't "miss the payment" and I don't use that as an excuse to not ship an item for a week.
I don't care what percentage of her feedback is bad--she should NEVER get away with saying "oh well we lost it" for that many items or blaming the buyer constantly. Poor way to do business.
