^ It must be! You are the ONLY one repeatedly posting positives after negatives on this thread.

There are way too many people finding her condition rating far afield from actual condition to be a coincidence. Not to mention other issues. I'm am sincerely glad you've never had a problem though. Perhaps you are a long time customer and they recognize you as such?

I have only had good experiences as well. I sent one item back, but that was easy and the refund quick. The rest was perfect!

^ Yes, if you win a SNAD claim, you will be refunded your original shipping fee; so, that's what you should insist on, at the very least.

You can always request that the seller also covers your return shipping costs, as a gesture of goodwill, but they won't be made to do that, if it goes to a claim.

They usually will, though. I had a SNAD claim with Linda's stuff last week. I bought a pair of black patent alti's that looked like they put in a cage with a lion and told him to get to scratching! They immediately took them back and said they would refund my return shipping as well. It hasn't been done yet, but I'm believin!! :D

think you will be fine here... they do keep to their "word"....:smile1:

I have to say, I've bought about 5 items from Linda's Stuff and have been very happy with both the items and the shipping time. I think with the volume that goes through the store, it's probably not uncommon to have some unhappy customers.

Currently I am having a terrible experience with Lindastuff....I had purchased in total 10 items from them and I live overseas. I made my payments on 9th Sept and as of to date still have not received my items. I had to email them several times to follow up....they said they are in the process of moving offices, hence the slow shipment....finally got am email from them last night saying that it has been shipped yesterday, but just now I have received an email from them that one of the items is no longer available !! ....I am extremely frustrated and annoyed with them....how unprofessional can they be.

Why did they emailed me yesterday stating that all of my items had been shipped, yet I get an email this morning stating that one of the items is no longer available....I think it is very dishonest and unprofessional of them....I am now completely turned off by them and is no longer looking forward to receiving my items!!!

It is unfortunate that your particular merchandise got caught up in the
throws of the move... however, you bought these things wanting them
why don't you wait til you get your package , try it all on and
hope for the best....if one of your items was not shipped by error
at least they were forthcoming in letting you know that.. personally
think that is the right thing to do as disappointing as you may be
they at least told you straight away...

I had failed to mentioned that this is the second time that this had happened. I get constant feedback that they are very busy with large volumes, etc etc to me this is not an excuse for poor customer service. As of todate I had spent over 5k, you would think they would at least have the courtesy to provide some quality and speedy service.....clearly they cannot manage overseas customers with multiple/combined orders....from a business point of view, they are not very effiently run venture, obviously they rather spend their time offering refunds than focusing on getting it right !!

You say that so far you have spent 5K.. if your first experience
was good that is why you can back for a second purchase..
and if you weren't happy the first go around, why come back
a second time??? and if you think their customer service doesn't
measure up to your liking and you don't think they are professional
and can't handle the overseas customers, why would you want
to buy from a seller like this??

There were couple of vintage Chanel items that I saw from her website which I liked. I usually buy multiple/combined purchases to avoid high postage charges. It only costs an additional 2.50 per item for international orders. I also thought I should give them a second chance.....but based on your comments, you are right, I should stop shopping there regardless, what they have and price point.
