Thank you sweetie - that is Chasse aux Pois losange! ❤️I actually think the light looks great in this photo! The focus on the knot is really clear and makes it easy to see the design. Really lovely colors.
Happy to say we are now twins on this! Inspired pairing with the Monty green.
Thank you for kicking off the week! You have an impressive variety of formats in your collection! I esp admire that black, white, pink and red one - very sharp with your cream blouse!!!
Oh the radiance of colors in this post!!! Truly the best design ever. I don’t see this cw of the 90 much - thank you for sharing.
That FR shaw is such a stunner!!!! Glorious.
Fantastic look - and an excellent pairing!I had a brief fling with 70s, but once I started actually getting better at a few different knots, 90s became my solid favorite.
Attempting some pattern mixing with Splash Park on this hot summer day.

Wore Wild Singapore in blue today, but was so out of practice that I forgot to take a photo, so here's an archive pic!
This CSGM is just stunning 🤩 Those colors 😍Thank you to @AnnaE for leading us through a lovey farewell week for a fellow member of our beloved Scarflandia. And many thanks to @Cookiefiend for picking up the baton. At first I thought this week will be impossibly hard! How to choose? I love them all! But that same difficulty can be turned on its head and made into a big advantage since it means I can just post what I am wearing and write a little homage in form of a rationale
In all seriousness, while I have expanded my collection into many formats I had not considered before, my heart was first lost and will forever belong to the 90 Silk Twill. Ex Libris en Kimonos was the scarf I fell madly in love with and the one that started my serious collecting journey. It also taught me that when I love a design, I will collect it in multiple formats. Since my first beautiful ELeK was gifted to me in those early days, I have added four more 90s and two CSGMs. It seems only right to start this week off with two TPF enabled examples, because as they say, "Ya gotta dance with the one what brung ya to the party." I will always try to add more ELeKs if they happen to come my way...
My second cw of Ex Libris en Kimonos entirely enabled by @momasaurus!

And a beautiful CSGM (worn mostly on date nights because Mr. LKB loves it too), inspired by @Croisette7 and other scarfies here...

Hahaha - ohmigoodness - yes you’ve managed to find a ‘few’ blue beauties!I’m sorry to be late with my blue post in honour of Diana. I remember not so long ago when I posted that I didn’t have many blue scarves - my, how times have changed! I also have a few more on my wishlist after this week too.

What a happy glorious scarf to start my morning with - Fabulous color!my favourite format is, unfortunately for my wallet, the CSGM. It’s the very first purchase and scarf from Hermes I ever bought. I’m generally allergic to wool so I thought I’d be allergic to cashmere as well. Happily, I’m not. As my husband says, I have expensive taste. Ooops!

Have a wonderful start to the week!
The way you all speak so highly of Diana / scarf1 is such a testament to how being open and unconditionally supportive keeps people together. We may all be here because of a passion for scarves, but it is that loving and supportive community everyone keeps alive here that sustains it. I joined after Diana had stopped posting regularly so I never go to know her but I can say and see that the mutual respect and admiration society here is strong, not only for her but for everyone who swings by no matter how long one stays. That kind of community support is such a genuine good and rare thing that protecting it by continuing it is a great way to honor her memory too.
When I think of blue scarves, this Wild Singapore is easy to go to. It's super precious to me so I don't often wear it but I will make an effort in honor of Diana and this tremendously welcoming community of scarfies.

What a happy glorious scarf to start my morning with - Fabulous color!
Thanks! Yes, the collection is expanding. Eek. The last one is Le Grand Prix du Faubourg. I’m still on the hunt for the purple/blue cw but I couldn’t pass this one up at a good price when I saw it a while ago.Om my, this look is everything 💙 your hair is gorgeous and that stunning scarf compliment it so well!!
Cashmere is my favourite format as you probably know. These are just stunning, and what a glorious shawl 💜
I love this combo, fresh and fun and stylish, well done 😊
Stunning!
Blue is definitely your color and your collection is beautiful. I love the Patchwork horse so much. And I forgot about your blue Les Folies du Faubourg. So pretty ( and better on you that the blue Selene you returned no?)
I do not recognise the last one, which is it?
Fabulous, LKB! ... collecting ELeK is a never ending story, I know!
GAH! I die!
They’re both so beautiful, but the blues in the 90 are ahhmazing!
(Andfor your sweet comment)
Such fitting and dear sentiments towards this week. I might follow suitBoth ELenK look smashing on you and a special bonus that Mr. LKB likes it, too. It is a very special design.

Thank you so much @Croisette7 (a "never-ending story" indeed!!!!), @Cookiefiend, @Maedi, @LitGeek, @redheaddem and @Jereni for all the lovely comments. ELeK is certainly one of the all-time greats in my book. I knew I was on to something special when my DH thought I was wearing a different scarf every time I wore it. It doesn't get much better--I can just sit and look at in wonder...Oh the radiance of colors in this post!!! Truly the best design ever. I don’t see this cw of the 90 much - thank you for sharing.
Both looks are great. Love your Splash Park outfit (and I think I may be twins on the top!). You have the cutest "Bag-drobe" @Jereni!When it’s too hot for a scarf…. The bag gets a turn! Gavroches are my favorite way to dress up a bag with a scarf, much more than twillys.

Responding to both your posts @GloWW0rM -- that is a beautiful array of blues. I am your twin on the first two CSGM (as was Diana) and I think she would have approved wholeheartedly of your choices and appreciated this post! Your first bright red shawl is a very convincing argument for sliding down the soft slippery CSGM slope...my favourite format is, unfortunately for my wallet, the CSGM. It’s the very first purchase and scarf from Hermes I ever bought. I’m generally allergic to wool so I thought I’d be allergic to cashmere as well. Happily, I’m not. Have a wonderful start to the week!
Beautiful. I agree with you on all your points @darkstar66 and my DH is always complaining that my scarves look very nice but he can't see the design. So he is a big fan of the simple drape for my 90 silks! I have solved the sweaty neck problem I think by relying on under collar and necklace ties... we shall see!Hello,
My favourites are the 90 twill silks. For me, the glow of pure silk is unparalleled and enhances colours and design elements gloriously, see Séléné in petrol for example. Then there is the format. I think no other format is so versatile as the 90s. GloWW0rM has demonstrated this nicely with her new kaki Séléné in the seasonal thread. There are, however, also some inconveniences for me. In summer, I tend to sweat with a silk 90 around my neck due to heat and high humidity. In winter, a silk is often not enough for me, at least outside. And, for me the biggest flaw, when wearing it, I often cannot SEE my 90 scarf or only small parts of it, but my vis-à-vis can (or else I'd have to look in a mirror constantly). Okay, in this tie I can see my Chemins du Corail.

Ooooh, I have this cw and I love this tie for it! a great way to highlight the contrast hem!Good morning and happy Monday. I love the 90 format for the versatility of styling. Today I am wearing a nice, cool scarf necklace! This is a great option when the weather bounces between hot, humid and breezy. My scarf is off my neck and will not flap around.
