I adore the purple lilies, which coincidentally were our wedding flowers 💜
In the first picture you and your surroundings match. Both scarves are beautiful on you.Popping in late with Carre Kantha - I think the only design by this ‘group’?

And his designs suit you perfectly, Redbird! These happy, playful designs full of funny, enigmatic creatures are made for you. I especially like your last photo, elegance paired with playfulness is simply irresistable. PS Is this traces of snow behind you?As @xincinsin explained earlier this week, artist Matthieu Cosse has designed three scarves for Hermes. I was surprised to realize that I owned all three.
Isola di Primavera, which is a silk 90

Au Royaume d'Helios, which is a vintage silk 70

Les Chiens Parisiens, which is a silk twilly

And now, I discover that my order from Hermes, which is still on the truck on its way to me, is also by Matthieu Cosse.
Le Livre d'Esope, which is a CSGM, the 140 size

This makes four scarves by this designer, all in different formats. I have to conclude that I like his work.
Cosse has also recently done a window design for Hermes, called Checkmate at the Faubourg. I spy my Au Royaume d'Helios there.

Au Royaume d'Helios is my scarf of the day to finish out this week of new designers. Thank you very much to @xincinsin for leading us through this week. Looking forward to our last week of 2024, and to the new scarf topics in 2025.

Thank you, LKB!Beautiful gifts and they look lovely on you @Jacq1!
Thank you on all counts @Maedi! The book is an update to her prior Carres d'Art in that it includes designs to 2024. There seems to be some new front matter but I haven't explored it enough to ascertain if it is really worth adding if you have the others. I will say it is nice not to have to scroll back to find something in the relevant seasonal thread so it is a handy quick reference. My family's go-to gift for me is in the category of "anything scarf or scarf-adjacent" so my library is quite extensive by now!!!
Well, Santa did beautifully @amdmarques and I know that to be true because we are twins!!! I think this is one of the best cws ever. Congratulations on a lovely gift!
Congratulations dear @Teaforparrots!!! It is beautiful on you and I was so hoping someone here would snag this wonderful dipdye when I saw it!!! It is marvelous and what a happy pretty photo, too!
Congratulations @Agrume-- it is so lovely on you!
Oh, @PoliticalGal, what I would not give to find this CSGM! I am your 90 cousin in this cw and your CSGM sister in a beautiful blue but the black is pure H magic to me! Gorgeous mod shot and I love your pretty manicure! Here is my blue sister, since you are after another cw, sharing for reference.

Totally in your wheelhouse @Jereni -- at least in my opinion!-- but if one lives in New Orleans, some gold/gold-adjacent wardrobe pieces is de rigeur for both Mardi Gras and Saints games!!!Thank you for the sweet comments.
So interesting and beautiful @xincinsin! I believe we may be twins on Chaque Rencontre-- I hunted this for years and of course, two cws appeared this year in close succession. I have not yet had a chance to debut it but I love how you styled it!!! Here is my cw... (cannot resist the sentiment of this design and the cranes in the corners!!!)
View attachment 6108092
PS I share all of your and @Maedi's further reflections on this design, too.
Just lovely with your Argyle sweater @Croisette7! Like you, I am still rocking my winter/festive scarves...
Wonderful! I am on the exact same Matthieu Cossé acquisition plan @Redbirdhermes! I love each and every one-- his charming primitive style just warms my heart and I too, am adding Le Livre d'Esop. Deciding between two at the moment... Congratulations in advance of the truck's arrival! Hope it is imminent!
Congratulations on joining the Orphee Club @JavaJo! Wonderful styling and I am still laughing over the Orange and Purple Santa!!!
The Neige detail is so delightful in icy blue ... and twins on the wonderful La Vie!It is late in the day, but I am sharing my SOTD and my SOTE as we head out for one more candle and dinner tonight. I know I am off topic but my holiday scarves are so loved and yet their time of wearing is so limited...
Neige d'Antan Detail -- thrilled to have this lovely holiday jacquard

And tonight I am wearing a favorite shawl for the season: La Vie du Fleuve by Aline Honore
View attachment 6108288
I wore my Orto with white too ... pretty tartan slacks! And with a huge thank you to @xincinsin for her marvelous, beautiful and educational hosting, I will close with three recent mod shots of scarves that I believe actually are on topic! I don't think Sylvia Kerr has designed more than these two?
Fleurs d'Ecosse and Parade de Leonhardhi

And perhaps there are more, but I believe Houtin has only designed five or six? In my collection I have two nineties: Fantaisie Pittoresque and Jardin de Metamorphoses and three CSGM: Les Cabanes, Jardin de Leila au Bloc and this new and beautiful All'Orto Botanico di Palermo! (bonus leather wrapped CdA Sellier in Rouge H scarf Ring!)

Radiant in your Tulipomanie!!! I keep trying to restrain myself from this one but everyone’s pics are wearing me down.
Thank you!Beautiful gifts and they look lovely on you @Jacq1!
Thank you @Maedi. I am sure that’s part of it!
Thank you @GloWW0rM
Thank you @Croisette7. I remember you have this one - your beautiful modelling pics were the ones that made me fall in love with it! So happy to finally be your twin.
Beautiful! Lovely FePdT and the earrings are such a thoughtful gift. The new-in is lovely and I'm intrigued by the books.
Thank you @LKBNOLA. He’s a sweet boy. He’s seems to like the pjs. We got him a couple of pairs, and he will bring them to me to put on him.
Congratulations! What lovely gifts.
Thank you. Glad the picture made you smile. Hugs from us![]()
So soft and elegant.
Stunning!
Thank you @Jereni. I love the CW for this one
Ooh, I hope you’ll share some pictures when you can! If possible, take care to keep it out of direct sunlight (opposite a window, for example). Direct heat and light are not good friends to perfume.
Oh my goodness, the match with your shirt in the second picture is unreal! They look like they were made for each other.
Thank you so much @Maedi... I love silvery blue. It reminds me so much of nature (ocean and sky and interplay of light). I remember when my grandmother told me as a little girl that the name of her country -- Argentina-- meant silver and I was entranced by that! You do look amazing in these silvery blues. Beige d’antan has delectable colors and drape. Enjoy dinner out.
Oh, thank you @Lellabelle! What a treat to see the details int he corners... sigh. Congratulations again on this beauty. The fact that purple lilies were your wedding flower is *chef's kiss*For @LKBNOLA, here’s the flat pics of Tyger SE.

Gorgeous @Croisette7! Such yummy warm and inviting colors!
Your Nana's sartorial talent is so impressive and lovely with your new GT @Jacq1!Not to worry, the shoes haven’t been worn yet! Once they are, they will keep a safe distance from my scarfs lol
Thank you! It truly is a masterpiece and so versatile with all the color pairings you can do with the differently colored tulips…

Ooooooh, how pretty this looks on your grey jumper (see, I am code switching into "across the pond" terminology!) but sorry for the snag @GloWW0rM -- I am glad you have the skills to repair the mishap! This Sieste is always wonderful to see with the amazing red/pink border. Not on theme today. I wanted to wear Sieste au Paradis. Unfortunately I managed to snag it on my necklace on my way out of the door, to my enormous annoyance, so the mending kit will need to come out later.

Gorgeous @Croisette7! Such yummy warm and inviting colors... and I am so pleased with the way the jacquard really shows on the pale Neige-- a happy surprise. The minute I saw that LVdF pop up I searched for your mod shots and then popped it into my cart. It is a lovely shawl. And you would have laughed seeing me trying to get my tartan slacks into the mod shot-- standing on one foot, etc. I do love the Orto with a simple top and patterned or textured skirt or slacks...thank you for your always encouraging comments.
Your Nana's sartorial talent is so impressive and lovely with your new GT @Jacq1!

Welcome back, @HermesEchidna! It sounds like a lovely interlude. For Dominick Jarlegant, I can think of Fregates Magnifiques, Face au Large and Voyage au Long Cours... I am your Madras sister and it is the only design of his that I have as well...Good afternoon !
I have been mia due to a short trip to Sweden with DH - museums, Good food and shopping local specialities - saffron tea, cardamom biscuits, lingonberry jam and other bare necessites 😉
Only wore Grand carosse royal on our get away but it is on theme as Claus Schierbeck has only made this one design. Photo from the train ride back east.
