I think you should reach out to your SA. He/she/they will be happy to help you and suggest possible options. I don’t think this matter will bother them at all.

It sounds like a product defect and personally I think they should replace you with the back part.

Thank you teddy! I went in and saw my SA last week. All sorted out! Got a back replacement and I wore my favorite earrings again this past weekend!

Welcome others’ input but my understanding is while bags can help strengthen your relationship with your SA and show your appreciation for the brand, they won’t count as much (or if at all) for prespend as compared to RTW, fine jewelry, home goods, etc. I don’t think it hurts though!

Hi everyone! I’m sure this question has been asked many times but wanted your thoughts. How much do you normally spend per a visit - I know this varies. I plan on making my next visit in the next few weeks but want to space my spending. Going in for just a few things like perfume is okay and not frown upon? Spending like a few hundreds at a time?

I agree. RTW, jewelry and Maison are the quickest path to a quota bag. they will remember you too if you buy those categories.

I have been in the past and ordered some made to measure sweaters and a jacket with a scarf lining. It’s pretty fun.

Drop by the store today since there was no line and I wanted to check out the lindy 26 and 30 sizing. Of course there were none in stock and the nice SA said they have barely any bags in stock but told me that they have the Kelly Classique To Go wallet available online and to order it ASAP if I was interested. The hilarious thing was she told me to go to the therealreal next door to try on the bag if I just want to check out the sizing because she knows they have inventory. Lol
