Thanks for letting me know. My SA told me it was a quota bag yesterday.I don't believe constance mini is considered as quota bag. My SA told me so this July.
Maybe they meant it in the sense that you have to be offered it?Thanks for letting me know. My SA told me it was a quota bag yesterday.
I actually would suggest, Hyatt in Embarcadero. But if you want to be near the shopping, Marriott Union Square or Marriott along 4th street (the one that's close to Market) would be nice.Hi all, I am taking a trip to San Francisco during Christmas, coming from SoCal, would like to do some shopping, visit Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, all the touristy things. I am looking at JW Marriot Union Square, Marriott Union Square, or Marriott Marquis, which one is nicer, looking at the map, all three seems to be pretty close to the Hermes store. TIA
I would recommend the Marriott Marquis. I love going to the View Lounge for HH and drinks. It’s a larger Marriott and closer to the main Westfield shopping mall. I would feel safer staying here.Hi all, I am taking a trip to San Francisco during Christmas, coming from SoCal, would like to do some shopping, visit Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, all the touristy things. I picked Marriott because I have points I need to use, how about the The Westin St. Francis on Powell and Post, I think this is an older hotel.I actually would suggest, Hyatt in Embarcadero. Thank you for your info., the Marriott Union Square is on Powell and Sutter. How about the The Westin St. Francis on Powell and Post?I would recommend the Marriott Marquis. I don’t like to walk west of Powell street because it gets quieter/darker because it’s mostly smaller hotels and you see more ‘city street life’ so personally would not rec JW Marriott for location.
Idk where the other Marriott you’re referring to but if you give me the address, I tell you if I know the area.
The Marriott union square is a good location. The Westin St. Francis is iconic, lots of history and front and center and $$$. The Westin and Marriott union square is just one block from each other, both in the heart of union square and if that is where you mainly plan to do luxury shopping, it’s very easy to walk and shop and drop off your goodies in your room. Stay at the Marriott union Square since you have points and save money for shopping! A bonus that there’s a Boba Guys right next to the hotel and a relatively easy walk to Chinatown and North Beach (little Italy).Thank you for your info., the Marriott Union Square is on Powell and Sutter. Maybe….but I specifically said quota.Maybe they meant it in the sense that you have to be offered it?

Also both of these hotels is close to the Hop on Hop off tour bus or trolley if you plan on sightseeing that way.
The Marquis is a further walk from union square. Won’t be as convenient to shop in union square and drop off your things. But it’s closer to the big mall, the Metreon (movie theater) and museums.
I think your SA is letting you know that by taking a Constance, you won’t be offered another BKC before next year. With inventory as low as it is, many stores are rationing bags more strictly to non VVVIP clients.Maybe….but I specifically said quota.
That’s what I think too. (Although i would have preferred her to be more specific) A friend has spent at least 3:1 to be offered a b/k. I think I’m at 2:1 but guess I’ll take a break until the clock starts over! LolI think your SA is letting you know that by taking a Constance, you won’t be offered another BKC before next year. You can only go by what your SA tells you for your specific situationThanks for letting me know. My SA told me it was a quota bag yesterday.
i personally think 2:1 is too low for a first offer popular BKC in a size 25/28/30, but JMO (I am not SF based but at another US flagship NYC. i believe you should only buy what you like and take a break whenever you like, but I’m not sure that doing so now will really help you get what you want faster.A friend has spent at least 3:1 to be offered a b/k.
