I feel obligated to report here and share the good news with folks!

I got my birkin offer this week and I gladly accepted it. It was togo b30 noir PHW, which was one and only wishlist item I had. It was really a surprise as I wasn’t expecting to get it anytime soon (and I wasn’t in hurry). Per my convo with my SA, it seemed like few folks got the offer on the same day.

To share more…I started my journey 1.5yrs ago and my spending ratio was about 1:1 excluding leather goods (other bags, SLG, etc.) or 1.3:1 including all.

My H journey continues though I have no other wishlist in mind. I became more loyal to Hermes with this offer lol. I also want to say thanks to everyone here who shared, supported, and helped with questions throughout
Congratulations! I am so happy for you. I am still waiting for mine and our spending ratios seem to be the same… sigh. Do you mind sharing the frequency of how much you shopped and the items you purchased?

Thank you! I didn’t visit too frequently. Looking at my history I visited once every 2-3months. Items I purchased vary- shoes, jewelry, belt, other non-quota bags(picotin, evelyn, etc.), silks, cosmetics, porcelains. I’ve never purchased RTWs.

May I ask if you asked for your wishlist often and when you got your dream bag, was it on a normal visit day (surprise) or she reached out to you to have you come in?

I created my wishlist on my day1 visit. Since then, I never talked about it. In the recent visit, I wanted to update my wishlist so brought it up and we chatted about it for the first time. Annnnd I got the text few days after the visit saying they have a surprise for me!

I'm hoping to get your thoughts on whether I went too fast/aggressive with my purchases in a short amount of time and if it could impact my chances of scoring a QB.

I technically started shopping at the SF store in 2013, but I had only bought a couple of Clic H bracelets. The next purchase I made was in August 2021 for a Lindy, which I had put on my wishlist in December 2020, so I waited 8 months for it. During those 8 months, I bought nothing from the SF store. It was when I bought my Lindy that I asked about a Birkin or Kelly, which my SA (who I love!) kindly placed on my wishlist.

After buying the Lindy, I didn't buy anything until March 2022, when I bought 2 cashmere scarves and a twilly. Then from June - August this year, I bought a bunch of things: shoes, silk scarves, Rodeo, home goods (blanket and pillow), RTW, bath towel. In all, I've spent about 1:1 without my Picotin and Lindy, but about 2:1 with the bags.

My purchases "ramped up" this summer not necessarily because I'm in a rush to get a bag, but because I ended up really loving a bunch of different items, although there was a part of me that really wanted to put myself in a good position to get a B/K. However, I'm worried that I bought everything too fast! Am I overthinking?!

Thanks all!

Yes, you are very much overthinking it. But if you’re really worried about it, slow down (without fully stopping) for the remainder of the prespend youll likely have to make (sounds like non bag 2-3+:1 is common these days).

Yes you are overthinking it! Don’t think timing/speed matters. Just enjoy from now!

Hi everyone! Hope your all having a nice weekend :)
I’m in need of a little advice. I recently purchased a pair of hoop earrings that I absolutely and have been wearing it every weekend since I’ve purchased it last month. However, when I went to put on one of the earrings today, the back part that holds the earring is no longer allowing me to open and close to lock the earring in place. I’m not sure what has happened and I am sad that this happened. I’ve tried all I can to see what could be the problem and the other earring back part has no issues. Has this ever happened to anyone with Hermes earrings? Should I reach out to let my SA know to see if it could get fix or possibly I can just purchase a spare of the back part? Any advice is appreciated and of course, I don’t want to be a bother to my SA but I’m afraid of losing or not being able to wear my favorite earrings if I don’t find a replacement. Thank you in advance!
