Hi! My birthday is next month. Have any of you mention to your SAs about your birthday and if this has helped in getting a suprise (wishlist item)? I plan on stopping by on my actual birthday and spend the afternoon in the city while I’m there. If so, how did you bring it up organically without expecting too much?

Curious if the SF location has Evelyn TPMs in stock regularly? Can you generally just walk in and one be available or are these hard to come by?
I got my TPM back in April. During my visit, my SA didn’t have any but asked me what colors I liked. A few days later she reached out that she had one for me. I think there is stock but maybe depends on timing and the color you are looking for. I’ve read others were able to get one during their visits. If you have an SA, maybe schedule an appointment and give her an idea of what your looking for prior to your visit to see if she/he be able to set aside those items for you.

How long usually is the waiting for Birkin/Kelly 25 gold/etoupe color? I spent 15K (jewelry, watch, shoes) over last 3 years in SF store, and didn't get any leather item. My SA told me that I have spent enough to get a B/K 25 and have added me to a waiting list. SA also asked me to send text message to remind them every month. However, when I text every month, SA never replies. It has been 3 months since I waited for the bag. Is this normal?

I don’t know what the norm is but maybe make an in person visit monthly might be more helpful then texts? I hear SAs are very busy and sometimes without a reaponse means no (not available).

I think this depends on your relationship with your SA. SF is my home store and me and my SA always spend some time chit chatting about our lives and such before shopping. She found out I was engaged thru one of our chats and I was soon offered a C18 on my wishlist earlier this year. She also told my fiance should be there at the appt as well to celebrate.

If the timing is right to bring your birthday up, I don't see why not to mention it. Depending on if your SA likes to celebrate such milestones, an offer might happen?

Thank you! I feel like my SA and I do have a nice relationship. We do chitchat as well about ourselves and a little catching up before shopping. I think I’ll just briefly bring my birthday up since I’d like to schedule my next visit on my birthday for a little me time :)
Thank you for your input!

I was there last week to look at shoes, furniture, RTW. I picked up some boots, a beautiful cashmere blanket, some RTW. As an afterthought, I asked if there were any TPM. SA checked and he said there was one, so glad I asked!! My new fave everyday bag!

The bags you’re interested in are highly sought after and there are many big spenders at that store. Maybe consider expanding your acceptable colors to improve chances?

Had an appt today with a new SA. My previous SA was promoted to another store (well deserved and super excited for my SA). My new SA was great, lovely, fingers crossed we have a great relationship.

Leather goods - very few on display, no Evelyne, Lindy, but large travel bags. I was looking for a black bag, was offered a Lindy (not sure what size), but turned it down. Having slight regrets not seeing it. While shopping, I was able to update my update wishlist items, they’re my unicorns so it may not happen any time soon.

SLG - didn’t bother asking for any, but over heard another shopper re Calvi holders and was told they didn’t have any.

RTW - had sizes 40 and 42 available for some fall winter items. Picked up a black sweater dress, I think I need more sweaters…

Shoes - grabbed oz mules, was hoping for electric sandals in my size, will have to follow up.

Overall, the store was much better to shop during the weekdays. I like that there’s a lot of space between shoppers and SAs. My SA did mention they’re really low in leather goods, the artisans are on vacation, so they’re hoping that items start coming in Sept., but more realistically October and on.

hi guys!! Just wondering how long do I have to wait to be offered a Quota Bag after purchasing a lindy? Will getting a lindy affect my chances of getting a quota bag? Thank you.)
I don’t think getting a lindy affects your chance of getting a quota back in any way. Per my understanding, leather goods (bags, SLGs) don’t count towards quota so as long as you have strong profile and relationship with your SA, which all matters, you should be fine.

I feel obligated to report here and share the good news with folks!

I got my birkin offer this week and I gladly accepted it. It was togo b30 noir PHW, which was one and only wishlist item I had. It was really a surprise as I wasn’t expecting to get it anytime soon (and I wasn’t in hurry). Per my convo with my SA, it seemed like few folks got the offer on the same day.

To share more…I started my journey 1.5yrs ago and my spending ratio was about 1:1 excluding leather goods (other bags, SLG, etc.) or 1.3:1 including all.

My H journey continues though I have no other wishlist in mind. I became more loyal to Hermes with this offer lol. I also want to say thanks to everyone here who shared, supported, and helped with questions throughout
