My SA went on a vacation for a month in June and we texted prior to that saying we will see when my SA comes back.

I emailed in early July with items I am looking + appointment request- No response. I texted yesterday to schedule an appointment and still no response. (I’m wondering if my SA is even back ). I checked out online appointment system and it has a field for SA name but looks like it doesn’t guarantee the SA I request for.

Has anyone went through online appointment to schedule a time with unresponsive SA? Wonder if I should wait until I hear back or just make something online and visit?
Maybe a gentle nudge? It's possible he/she is back but it's their day off :)

Yes! I had the same issue before. Perhaps we may even have had the same SA, as they went on vacation in June as well. I did not have a long working history with them, so I simply went online and had the system arrange another SA for me. I got my items and established a new working relationship with my new SA (love!). However, if you had an existing working relationship with them, try following up once more.

It’s been an interesting journey for me with my SA. Very unresponsive/cold/etc. but time to time the SA was very responsive and would get me stuff I asked for in such a nice way. I was very puzzled as I wasn’t sure if my relationship is going well or not.

I’m bit hesitant to switch SA now. It’s been little over a year and spent almost 1:1 ratio with the current SA. :( anywho, I will follow up one more time! Hope they respond. Honestly I don’t know what to do when they dont.

I know what you mean - my SA can be unresponsive but it’s always great seeing them in person. How often do you visit the boutique?

I try to visit every 2 months. However, it’s been a while lately since I was out of country and my SA was out for a month in June. Annnddd no response from SA since early July.

I’m not in hurry to get a quota bag…I just want to shop other awesome Hermes products and my SA is unresponsive

That’s odd. You mentioned you emailed your SA - have you texted them? That’s usually how I communicate with mine. They’re always responsive to my appointment requests but sometimes don’t text back when I ask about availability of items

Thank you all- I followed up again via text. If I don’t hear back today I will call the store and make an appointment.

Would it be awkward to see my SA when they ignored me but I somehow still made an appointment and show up?

I don’t think so at all. I think SAs are swamped right now and probably just didn’t have time to respond or forgot if your SA is actually back
