my DH is travelling to SF for business and wanted to visit the store. Does he need to make an appointment? And what are the likelihood for him to get either a Picotin18 or mini Evelyne?

I believe they're allowing walk-ins now. At least they did when I went 2 weeks ago. I think the likelihood of him getting either of the bags would really depend on luck. I had no purchase history when I went in, but I did get to see a P18. Their stock has been low.
Hi everyone, Picotin 18 is in my wish list but I didn’t have any purchase history with Hermes. Can I score it at the first time I visit Hermes store in SF?
You could create a profile online but there's no real point to having an online profile? If you create it though, as long as you use the same phone number or some other identifying property, I think they auto-merge it with your in-store profile. At least that's what happened to me.
So if you want to be offered something or work with an SA in-stores, you should go buy something in-store.

Thank you so much! Yes, we're so lucky - he got an etoupe with PHW. And yes, the line up was really long but he said it moves quicker than he expected. You can also try booking an appointment, he said people who has an appointment got in right away.
Hi! In need of some advice and was able to get some great feedback on Hermes Facebook group. I want to see what everyone on here thinks as well. I am now close to 1:1 spend ( non bags, leather goods). I have brought up my wishlist at my initial visit for a birkin but haven’t since. When should I bring it up again? Or should I just wait for my SA to bring it up? I had another great visit with my SA today where I went in and got the rose gold Finesse necklace and at the end of our visit, my SA asked if I was interested in a small crossbody such as a mini Evelyn. She asked that I text her the colors that I’d be interested in. I know that we live in a high competitive area and perhaps my spending is not as high as others but I don’t want to miss an opportunity for my dream bag if I didn’t bring it up again. I was thinking of lightly mentioning my wishlist when I text her about my mini Evelyn preferred color choices. Any advice or suggestions?
Most SAs do not really keep tabs on wishlist if you are telling them when you do not have a high spend with them, but since she's already bringing up mini bags, it may be a good time to let her know that you are interested in a Birkin. If she jots it down, that is a very good sign.
