Went to SF yesterday and surprisingly not too crowded… the walk-ins were getting accommodated quickly. I saw at least 3 people getting offered Lindys (not mini), and I saw a pico 18 in felt dark blue color. My SA did say someone tested positive so they had to close down the store last week and do a deep clean.
I used to be afraid of going in on a Saturday; maybe it’s not so bad anymore? What do you guys think, those who go regularly? I do try to do remote buying if it’s just small items though.

I was at the store this past Saturday as well. Also tried on that pico 18 felt blue (pretty!!). Also saw someone offered an orange Lindy (26 maybe) and a mini bolide in pink. By the time we left the store at around 2-ish, there were around 6-8 people waiting at the "no appointments" line. I would strongly suggest making appointments if you're coming into the store on the weekend.

wow u need to be "offered" lindys now? as in they hide those in the back instead of displaying on the shelves? crazy!

Does anyone know how long tableware takes to arrive in SF or when they might get shipments? The Mosaïque line is not well-stocked at the store and I had placed an order through my SA in December. I’ve since seen some on H .com and am wondering if that’s just the faster way to go.

I ordered a H deco teapot/ cup set and it took 8-9 months to arrive. H.com is a faster way to go IMO.

Maybe you can ask your SA to order it from online when you’re in store so that she can get credit (build profile)?

Has anyone shopped at other stores even though their home store is sf? If so, is that frowned upon in the SF stores? I’m going on a shopping trip with my gfs in Vegas and thinking of stopping by Hermes… but worried that if I buy stuff there my SA would get upset?
