As of last Saturday, the sign outside the boutique said everyone must have an appointment. That said, it had a QR code that you could use to try to make an appointment (which might not be a big deal if you’re visiting on a morning mid-week). But if you’re visiting on a Saturday, I’d recommend calling in advance and asking to be assigned to any SA so you can check out scarves and anything else.Does SF store still need appointment? I am going to SF this coming weekend, would like to check out scarves. I don't know any SA there. Can I just walk in? Thanks.

Read that NYC stores will not be receiving shipments until 2022. Can anyone who recently visited the SF store make any comments on recent stock/future shipments? Wondering if SF may be in the same boat.

In my experience your shopping history does not wipe out and restart every year, it’s continuous. Even when I stopped shopping for 3 years, because I came back to my old SA she even offered me 2 bags that very day (this was 2017).I just started this August 2021 in SF and wondering does our shopping history stay in our profile for 2 years or got wiped out by end of each year?
