Walk-ins using the door and just walking in freely are not possible but they have a line where you can wait and when/if there is an open SA available they will let you in to shop for a bit. When things are busy you might not get in even if you wait.

Hello everyone,

I visited the SF boutique for the first time today and meet an SA who seemed very helpful. She placed an order for me (belt + buckle) online using her Ipad. I am curious as to whether this will count toward my overall spending at Hermes? I've been told not to order online myself by friends because it would not count toward my overall spending toward a quota bag but wasn't sure on whether if that's the case when an SA places the order. Thanks!

Yes it does, as long as you pay there at their store terminal.

I have an appointment with Terri this upcoming Thursday but just received an email notification that my appointment has been cancelled. I guess no Lindy bag for me.

For those who have been requesting appointments with the SF boutique online, how long is it typically from when you submit your request until you receive a reply? I'll be traveling there early next week and submitted a request on Monday but have yet to hear back. Any recommendations as to how long I should wait before following up on the request via phone?

Hello Ladies -- I met a SA a while back in SF H, her name is Gina W. I would love to hear your thoughts if you have worked with her. I'm hoping to be offered a quota bag (birkin 30). While I will always shop at H (love their scarves), I'm not one to make huge purchases (don't wear fine jewelry). I wonder if she would be the right SA for my needs. Thank you!!

I’m new at this but thought I’d chime in. I think it would be best that you reach out to your SA to have this open conversation ( maybe the next time you go in person) since you’ve already shopped with her in the past. You’ll get a better feel after speaking with her and can kind of decide if you want to continue to shop with her.

I visited the store last Saturday. The stock seems to be extremely low. They put the huge bolide and huge herbag on display. These were usually tucked away in the men's section upstairs. I asked my SA about the shipment. She told me that they have shipments coming in, but she doesn't know when.
Any one got bag offer lately? I was hoping to get my second quote bag before the holidays, now I don't know if it's gona happen.
