Hi everyone!

I am also quite new to the brand as a shopper and was looking for any insight about time length for quota bags, like is it easier to get your first in SF/USA like in AUS or general 1:1, etc. As a guy I like how subtle the brand is with RTW and other categories being not so loud with their logo name, but I would love an iconic item from the brand as well, as I don't like many of the other luxury brands.

I am new to this SF Hermes chain and I have questions around whether a Constance is considered a quota bag or not and whether if receiving a Constance means you'll have to end up waiting a bit longer for a K or B?

For some background, I received my first "offer" this week (Constance 24 in Etoupe, GHW) which was something that was actually on my wishlist. My SA knows I want a Kelly 25 or 28 in a neutral/classic color GHW as well. I have actually not mentioned a Birkin to him at all, but I think I'll add that to my wishlist now too. I would say my non-bag/SLG spend is 2:1 before getting this Constance and I've been shopping with him since Feb 2021.

I have heard that Constance is not considered a quota bag in the SF store. If that is true, does that mean I'm still in the same position to receive a K25/28 or does receiving this Constance sort of "reset" me a bit on my timeline despite my 2:1 ratio? I just want to manage my own expectations as well....will I have to wait another 6-12 months + at the least due to my Constance? Or getting a Constance first has no impact on the wait time on the K? Thanks for the insight!

I’ve been told the constance is not a quota bag in the US

I don’t think a C is a quota bag in SF still. You may have to wait a while to get your next bag coz most SAs are trying to fulfill all of their clients’ wishes and he might be thinking he’s fulfilled yours so he will go onto the next client. Especially since the stock is low. Unless you keep spending on high ticket items then you probably will be a priority. But you never know, you might be one of the lucky ones and get an offer sooner rather than later. With H, there are no rules. I suggest be patient and just remind your SA once in a while your wishlist, keep buying items you love whether big or small. Your purchase history will not reset but you do have to keep showing your loyalty. Good luck!

Thanks so much for your input. That's kind of what I figured also. That even though a C is technically not a quota bag he's going to think a C should hold me off a bit longer haha. Not completely unreasonable I supposed haha. Thanks!

I’m also waiting to hear back from my SA but wondering what is an online order? Are you able to order something from hermes.com and have it sent to the store? Is your SA able to get credit? Thanks!

Hello - my SA placed an order off the website and it is showing as ready for pick up since last week :) and I believe the SA gets credit for these type of orders!
