At the store yesterday I saw that they had a no appointment line now and it seemed like they were letting people in if there was a free SA. I'm not sure though. When I left there was a long line and they have created two lines like Cartier where there is appointment and no appointment on opposite sides. I'm not too worried about not being able to book an appointment since I have been able to make an appointment with my SA with even just a couple of days in advance.
On display, I saw a grey (étoupe?) picotin 22 phw and a black ghw halzan (looked like a 25 to me). The other bags I saw seem to be similar to what was there a month ago - so a lot of evelynes in bright colors and lindy's. They also have herbag zips (31) and herbag zip backpacks. They also had some new ready to wear trickle in. From what's on the US website for pre-fall I saw the "Brides de Gala" black/white checkered sweater (only in small sizes), and the crewneck sweater in orange (the repeating H's). Jewelry and home seems to be low stock still.

Thanks for the update! I expected as much with the lines since SF moved to yellow. I'm actually not looking forward to the potential weekend crowds when I go on Saturday.
My SA said that they have been selling tons of jewelry and home goodies during the pandemic. The home goods I can easily understand, but I was surprised about the jewelry.

I really want an Ostrich K or B but wasn't sure how to go about it but was planning to ask my SA soon. Thank you!
It’s been a while since I got the ostrich in SF store. It was offered by SA, since I mentioned I wanted exotic leather earlier.
Ostrich bags seems come more often than other exotic leather. I also got offered in Hawaii store, when visit there.

It is light and hard, could resist gentle scratch. I didn’t do anything special for caring, just keep it in clean and cool environment, it can last years and look like new.

I feel like appts are the way to go though because it is easy to spend an hour with an SA
