after debating between the LV speedy in cognac or a medium Loulou dark naturel hehe I am in loveeee! how does the base hold up after a while? Does anyone here use any base shaper? I just coated the corners with some a clear acrylic paint to add a protective layer it’s not even obvious at all.

Sharing my small loulou backpack! I love her! I kinda wish I went with the large size for practicality reasons though but I got this one for a great price and excellent condition with box and dust bag so I’m really happy to have her

Would be very grateful for a little help.
I just saw a loulou small black bag with Gold hardware, and I noticed it didnt have the saint Laurent logo/name on the handles.
Also, it seemed a little less puffy in the quilt than other loulous I have seen.
Do you know why?
Is this a vintage bag or an older loulou model?
Also, if so, is it worth less than the puffier loulou’s with logo name on the handles?

As far as I remeber correctly the loulou always had the embossed Saint Laurent on the leather piece if the strap.

Only the puffer, which was named loulou puffer originally, didn’t and doesn‘t have the embossing on the pads.

But maybe others specialists have more knowledge.

In love with my first Loulou medium in Taupe colour (if I’m not mistaken). I’m not sure what the color actually called because way too excited when the SA pulled out this bag and forgot to ask about it.

Actually I really want to buy the black with gold hardware but when he showed me that piece (new one) there was few fraying on the stiches that I can spot on, so a big NO for me + there were few creases too.

Unfortunately for black color with gh only one piece left + the floor model which also a NO for me.

So when he showed me the rest of the available colors that was available yesterday, the Taupe one just catch my eyes instantly. In future maybe (I said maybe ), I still want to buy the black medium with gh because I just love black so much for bags.

*Just need to inspect the bag carefully even though it’s from the SL boutique itself huhu..

I never cared for YSL until I saw Lou Lou and fell hard for her! She’s got the elegance of the Chanel classic flap but at a fraction of the price, which sings to my “practical” side...is it still practical when spending this kind of money on a purse?! LOL!! I started with a medium black and just added the red this week. Thanks for letting me share my happiness!!
