Ditto. I have not purchased bags from them in particular but I have from other retailers and they came with dust bags. If you're happy with the bag I would reach out and let them know the dust bag was missed and if they can send the dust bag as well.

My SL Loulou family is finally complete (not interested in large).

So black medium purchased last week from Browns UK for £1,103 below current retail after 20% off code and 15% Amex cashback!

Small beige purchased at the weekend from Browns UK for £833 below current retail with only 20% off code but no Amex offer sadly…still a good price ultimately.

Toy Lou is a 2017 very creamy light beige so not a recent purchase.

Rarely. If you want the puffer style of this bag and color then FWRD I think has it in small and medium for the pre price increase price. I just posted something to somebody in the price increase thread about discounting so go check that thread. My energy level is low today otherwise I would be more detailed. Happy new year! Hope your lilac dreams come true is 2023!

I noticed that Gilt has the small lilac loulou puffer for $2,093 and you can probably find a new customer discount code for 10% or 15% off. I have heard mixed things regarding Gilt and their site says final sale. I purchased a Kate Spade bag from them many years ago with no issues. It was an expensive bag for me at the time but I would definitely be more hesitant with a YSL bag because it's sooo much more money. Anyway, saw it and thought you might want to know in case you want to consider it.

EDIT: Maybe emphasis on proceed with caution with Gilt. When I purchased from them many years ago it looks like it was different ownership.

Thanks for the heads up! I’ve ordered from gilt too, and it was years ago at this point. I’ll look into it. I’d definitely need to try it on…

I have the small Lou Lou with black hardware. Totally love. I’ve just started using it again and really very happy. And for a small bag it fits a lot. I don’t think you can go wrong x
