i adore damien! he found me two vry hard to find bags- both were perfect. he is so sweet and fab to deal with!

love paulina at saks nyc as well. joseph is eh, used to like him, don't anymore. now i do all my shopping with damien.

I like Joseph NYC, he's sweet. But it seems that he doesn't search around for the things that you want. He only tells what are available at his location. BTW, Which store is Damien at?? TIA

I've been trying to call and call, but I think by the time I call, he's already left...coz I'm calling in the afternoon (CA time)

I m going to call tomorrow morning before work..Chanel is worth getting up a little earlier for haha
(I usually wake up at 10 am) :biggrin:

I have never called an SA outside my store before. However, I am on the hunt for a cambon pochette and preferrably a sale one. :biggrin: Do you think it would be a good idea calling an outside SA and asking for their help?!?!
