hi, i just recently got a bbag online from yogi's closet and one of the harware buttons came off!=[ i still have the button but it wont screw back on tightly, where should i send it to? i called yogi but they didnt have a solution and called balenciaga in NY but they said that they can only repair bags bought from the store??!! i also check out artbag but can they fix it? its just one button...can i fix it somehow myself? lol thanks and please reply!<3

^^ You can return the bag to Yoogi's (unless you really want to keep it). I haven't any idea how one can fix the hardware back. You need a good handbag repairman to help you, I think.

Hi, I have an Ink twiggy and one of the corners has torn and somehow the plastic white "frame" is coming out. Does anyone know how to fix it? I'll try and post photos to show the problem but it is annoying me.

"....called balenciaga in NY but they said that they can only repair bags bought from the store??!!"

This is truly outrageous and yet expected. :censor: It is the kind of thing that makes me worry about this company's future, specifically, the value of the collection of their bags in my closet. :hysteric:

Hi, I received my Balenciaga first bag bought on e-bay yesterday. It is from 2007, and probably used quite a lot, i think. The leather on the top back of the bag is very soft, it feels thin. There seem to have been a fold when the bag has been used, and that the leather is worn from this. The handles also seem very soft, and not ferm. Is this extremly soft leather normal for a Bbag? Should I try to do somerthing about it, or is this what a used Bbag is like? The color of the bag, however, is perfect, no wear.

hello girls

i tried already the search function, but could not find anything

Do we have some before/after pictures here of repaired corners ? the corners of my bag are really gone, the upper leather is missing, before I send the bag somewhere for repair, i would love to see some pictures
Barbara told me that the price will be approx. $ 295,--for corner repair and cleaning

thanks

I remembered Pilatesworks posting an amazing job LMB did with her Twiggy. I'm guessing yours is a City, but I think the process is probably similar. I believe they need to build the corner back up, and then coat it with matching dye. I'm not certan, you can ask them. Here's the Twiggy:

Good luck!

I think the handles do soften up with use. Some people prefer it. I'm not sure what you mean about the fold. If you post a photo, someone will jump in to tell you whether it is common, and/or whether you should be concerned.

Hi Ladies, Lately I was introduced to this Amway Leather care product and I used it... it's rather amazing and makes my BB bag leather smooshier n restores shine. It consist of all natural ingredients. It's a conditioner, cleaner and water resistent too. I used this brand for my car wash product for years and recently the SA introduced my to the leather care product and I love it instantly :)

Hey girls, I really need some help here....

So I had lost my Bordeaux ('05, or '06 I don't remember) first a while ago and I hadn't seen it in MONTHS. (usually that is common for me because I tend to lay my bags all over the house and I was sure it was at home so as long as I didn't need to use it I would not look for it) But then I wanted it for an occasion and I couldn't find it! And I was so close to accusing these workmen who were renovating the house but it didn't make sense because it didn't seem like they would know what Balenciaga was when I had plenty of LV and Gucci bags laying around~

So after weeks of searching... my bf found it for me in the trunk of my car, but underneath the bottom where you can lift up. It was right NEXT to the car jack.. and OMG.... my bag was RIPPED and CUT...

WHen he found it for me, I cried because I was happy it was found (it was my first ever bbag and a high school graduation gift) but then I was so sad that there were dark oil patches all over it and cuts :( My poor baby... And to this day I have NO idea who shoved it there because I baby that thing and I don't even place her on the ground! Bordeaux is still my favorite color among all my bbags ><

So here's pics...

It was cut RIGHT through.. I plan to bring her to a leatherworker... But be honest everyone :( What are the chances she will look the same?

Please advise me what to do :'( Thanks in advance!
