I'm so sorry!!! I was actually thinking the other day how I would handle it if that happened (I guess going to a lot of parties at this time of year and of course bringing my favorite bags made me think of it). Definitely call LMB tomorrow AND e-mail. If they can do something, they also might want you to do something first, like soak it in some solution or something like that to do some preliminary stain removal ASAP.

Let us know what happens!

Last night my daughter and I went to PF Changs, and normally I would have brought my Ink Shrug with me, since I've been using itthe past few days, SOMETHING made me just put my money, CC's, cell, etc into my Cornflower Makeup and go. Well, the chair I would have put my Bag on if I carried one was next to me, and the servers tray slipped and fried rice was ALL OVER that chair! I would have had greasy rice stains in and on my bag!

I hope you can get the stain out and I am sooo sorry to hear that happened. Its our worst fear regardless of what bag we carry!

o.k., things are looking up a little. My family saw how devastated i was and gave me some money for the bag (no, i didn't go off, just a little teary and emotional) i didn't ask for it, but think it made mom feel better about everything.(the one who did the spilling)

worst part is, I HAD THIS BAG PROMISED TO SOMEONE ELSE! Emailed them; awaiting a response (I had put it up when I promised it to them, but took it out Christmas Eve night; how stupid is that!!)

So now, I have a some money and am awaiting to hear about repairs. I am putting money back for the bag of my dreams. A BLACK PURSE WITH PEWTER (don't know if i will ever get it, but will be ready).

why am i so down about a handbag?? I mean, i was selling it the first of january, WHAT IS MY PROBLEM!!!!

Trying to be tough, but it makes me sick to look at it!!!

I think its because THIS WAS MY FIRST BBAG!!! Fell in love with them via photos, then took the plunge and bought it from AR.

(before that my most expensive bag had been about 60 dollars, lol) but the moment i saw it IRL, I WAS HOOKED!!!

JUST SAVING UP NOW FOR MY DREAM BAG PURSE WITH PEWTER... guys, please be on the look out for this baby for me!!!

I REALLY WANT AN EGGPLANT/BLACK (ANYTHING BESIDES SEAFOAM/WHITE) in PEWTER... I KNOW IT WILL BE HARD TO FIND, BUT THAT IS ALL I AM WILLING TO BUY.... NEEDLESS TO SAY, I BETTER HAVE BIG BUCKS SAVED!!!

Just because you were selling it doesn't mean you still didn't love it and think it was beautiful and want it to be loved by someone else who would also appreciate its beauty...:sad:

I am very, very hopeful that something can be done...the stain is quite recent, and if they can restore filthy handles and cracks and all kinds of things, surely they can lift a little wine!
