My dry cleaner ruined my favorite Hermes scarf - les cles - I am looking for replacement - off white background, black edge and gold keys. Any ideas would be appreciated .... so sad about this - it was always my go to scarf.

Help! Was taking out my GM Shawl cashmere and silk to use
But was stuck to a Velcro bag and was pulled slightly!
Has tried to be gentle when pulling out yet notice there are lines
Of pulling .
Can I use nail polish to seal it back like most
Hose stockings?
Pls advise as I am already very sad cos it is my new one

shanghaibaby, are you near a boutique where you can ask them what to do? Are any of the threads actually broken, or do you just need to learn to live with the snag/pull? I myself have never heard of putting nail polish on a CS GM. May I suggest that you always put your shawl in a plastic bag before you put it in your tote or purse? I created a few snags on mine before I started doing that. As for your damage, it is sad but perhaps can be seen as a blessing or relief, sort of like the first ding on your new car or surfboard that alleviates the stress of keeping something pristine. Sorry if this isn't helpful.

Ladies, I am still not finnished with the Nautical theme. I have this scarf named Croisiere (cruise in french). I found the scarf on HSCI http://www.hsci.hermesscarf.com/viewer.php?albid=39&stage=1&imgid=7002

and then it was named Colombie, wich I presume is a name on a cruse ship. Have any of you an idea how this is connected or the story behind it?

Greatful for any thoughts.

Dear Ladies, for your information I've now received an answer from Hermes regarding the Croisere scarf. They state the following: "We had a scarf in our collection called "CROISIERE" , designed by Mr. Philippe Ledoux, but unfortunately we do not have any information concerning the scarf Colombie."
Rather strange I think. I also seen the same pattern or similar) recently, with title "Flandre". I will try to track down where I saw it.

Thanks Brage. How disappointing not to get a definitive and complete answer. It happens more often than not. If you have the time, resend your original email and see what kind of answer you get. More than one person answers those queries.
