Hi there - I realized that I posted my question on the wrong thread last night...I have a friend who recently received a jersey Brides de Gala and she is concerned that it does not have the @Hermes copyright on it. Can you please tell me whether this is normal? Thanks so much!

HeidiMon, it does have a copyright symbol but you have to look closely.

Brage, I have it in my database as a Grygkar design. I have no recollection of whether I or another scarf friend wrote to Hermes for the information. It was issued in 1955, and it is believed that the attached tile could have been the source of this design. Most people refer to this scarf as Mosaique, some call it Les Auriges. You got yourself a real beauty. Well done. Hope this helps.

Dear Hermes Ladies,

I bought this scarf at an auction and I've tried to figure out more of its origin. One database says the artist is unknown and another implies that Hugo Grygkar is the man behind. Is there anyone out there who knows anything about the scarf I woul be most greatful!
Thank you,

Thank you, then I will regard it as a Grygkar scarf!

Hi again,

Attached you find 2 photos (all I have) of a scarf that supposedly is a Hermes. I've tried to search the available databasis without results. Does anyone recognize the scarf and know the name of it. Thank you,

Hi ladies!
I'm new to H and know squat about it!

I see some scarves on eBay that go gor a reasonable price and then others that go for SO much money (1K or more), and I was wondering if one of the experts here could briefly tell me what makes some of them so special and much more expensive than others.

How is the value of a certain scarf determined?

If this has already been discussed to death somewhere, please just direct me to those posts/threads.

Thanks a bunch!:salute:

Hi gals this is a long shot but maybe someone here will know wat I am talking about. I saw a lady with a Hermes scarf the other day but I was stuck in the line to checkout and she was gone by the time I got done, I really liked it and I would like to try to find one but I have no idea what it was called, I'm hoping by some chance someone here will recognize it, the one I saw was is shades of black and gray, it had large swirls that were reminiscent of wide paintbrush strokes and it had some dots and some 6 pointed stars on it. It was very celestial looking, I would almost describe the middle as a shooting star. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I've been browsing ebay when I have time just looking for Hermes Scarf hoping to happen across it but here are just SOOOOO many on there. If anyone has any idea what it might be called I'd really appreciate it!
