I am trying to get hold of an Hermes scarf that was on sale c. 2004. The design is called 'le monde est un fleuve' and the colour I want is rose pink. Does anyone have any idea where I can get one? I was in the Hermes shop in Aix en Provence in 2004 and fell in love with this scarf but didn't buy it (why, I ask myself?). Whilst I have bought an Hermes scarf every year from each subsequent collection I would really like to get hold of this scarf.Can anyone help me?

Ask someone to look at next week's sales in NYC , I saw it at the sales 1.5 yrs ago, but it was there in copious numbers, so there may still be some

My (little) collection is to wear! I try to work a scarf into my outfits almost every day.

The white, gold and grass green Etriers scarf shouldn't be too hard to find. I could swear I've seen it on eBay at least twice in the last few months.

I'm fairly new to Hermes and I'm trying to learn more. My boyfriend's mother just got a lovely PO Birkin the other day and I purchased a twilly for it. Can anyone tell me the name and year it was made?

I think it's Onde de Chic. The 90cm twill was designed by Dimitri Rybaltchenko in 2005 ... don't know about the twilly. HTH

The full size carre of Onde de Chic has a pegasus hidden in the center, but, that is probably not visible in the twilly

The circle is the dry cleaning symbol. The letter inside describes what method of dry cleaning is safe for the item. The "F" stands for "Dry Clean using only petroleum solvent".

Hi, I just joined this forum and am amazed at all the knowledge here! I'm hoping someone can tell me about this scarf I recently found. It's signed "Henri de Linares" and has a hunting theme. The scarf looks and feels authentic to me (I've owned real ones before), but there's no care tag. Also, it has two stains, the hems have been pressed flat and one corner is fraying :sad:
