Hi, I am new on here and just wondered if anyone knows anything about this scarf. I have read through the threads and it is the right size, edges are rolled forward as they should be. It's not signed. It is Equestrian and is really beautiful. But I know little about these things. Any information regarding it would be great. Thank you!
p.s I am not sure that I have actually managed to upload the pics so have used one for my profile picture.
It is called Ascot 1831 designed by Francoise de la Perriere in 1969, reissued in 2004 as La Ronde des Jockeys. Congratulations on finding a real beauty.

Hi everyone.
I recently purchased a "L'Elegance et le confort en automobile" scarf at a consignment store. The care tag and rolled hem look good, and it is signed by the artist, (Latham), but there is no accent grave on the second e in the copyright. Does anyone have this scarf, or know how the copyright should look? Have not figured out how to post pictures yet!
Thanks so much.
It's probably fine. I've quite a few pictures of this scarf, and none of them have the grave accent ... just one of those things ... there's always few exceptions to the rules. Also, to my knowledge, this scarf hasn't been faked. HTH.

Yey! I'm so glad to find this thread... :smile1:

Thanks to Katel, I bought this scarf, but I know very little about... Would you please enlighten me withe history?

:ty:

Aube 2002 Zoe Pauwels Ref 002078S col 11. F/W 2002 Booklet says: Aube - Dawn. Night draws to a close, the sleeper does not wake from sleep, but escapes from it. The rays dispel evil charms and chase away nightmares. Sunlight bathes the room; joy reaks forth. The sparkle of kife. Is it a day starting or a destiny opening up? The horizon over there culd be that of liberty. A song of the Earth, a hymn to the act of renewal. Man's laugter is not new but incessantly reverberating. No darkness can stiffle it. Mirth does not age.

I LOVE that scarf! Does anyone know that CWs it was available in?

Thank you!!!!! Question? Does anyone know what happened to the authenticators for Hermes scarves?????? I've had a question up for a couple days now, and nothing....
It looks like Marie Touchet answered you.
My question. Are there "official authenticators"? Should I not be answering questions here?

Just wanted to say, I've been lurking and reading and rereading this thread. Thanks to all for adding to my (beginner) fund of knowledge about these beautiful works of art.
