Did Hermès ever make Carré en Carrés in 140 cm silk twill and if so, which year? I have searched, but cannot find any information about this design in other than 90 cm, issued A/W 2009.

I cannot cite a date when I am sure cec came in 140cm twill but that is different from saying it never came in 140 cm , there are so many issues that fly under the radar that I don't know about ... especially for the plume and summer twills , twill lave , men's etc
It is a particular idiosyncracy of mine - I don't claim to know of all issues lol

PS cec came in some 6 different ways CSGM, fluide etc

I searched through the threads Ode to Carré en Carrés and Ode to Silk GM Scarves/Shawls but couldn't find a 140 cm silk in any of them.
A friend of mine recently got a 140 cm plume Carré en Carrés, and she doesn't know anything about the scarf, so I got curious to see if I could find something. I haven't seen the scarf myself and haven't had it in my hand.
Since Carré en Carrés is one of my favourite scarves, i thought it would be interesting to know a bit more.

Well, until you see the scarf has a ok laminated tag on it, be a nice friend and say nothing

You could look through the recent spring - summer booklets CA 2010 - 2016, a plume scarf would only be in the spring collection ....

The booklets make it easy to miss scarves that are shown only in wadded up piles (rant omitted)

Hi everyone, I did a search on the forum (and YouTube) for advice on how to best store your scarf collection, but with no luck. I thought I'd ask the experts on TPF!

I don't have a dresser or drawers to store my scarves in. Does anyone store their scarves in enclosed containers on a closet shelf? I'm looking for recommended materials (cardboard, linen, canvas?). I want the scarves to breathe BUT don't want them to get dusty or have any hair drifting off my clothes onto them.

I read MaiTai's guide, I may get some Hermes paper sheets to help store them. Any container suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I hope this is the right place? This scarf has different names that I can find. Does anyone know the right name? I would like to buy a black one but all of them I can find are white. Do you know good place to look for a black one? Thank you.

I've seen it listed as "exercises pour former la main" and "l'art d'écrire." Mine in white and navy, fairly common. This black CW is extraordinary. I've never seen it pictured!
