She's super prompt with her replies, even in the aftermath of Sandy! Very nice and helpful, super sweet. I was looking for a bag that another SA from Hirsh told me wasn't available, but another TPFer pointed me to Anita, saying she just got one from her. And Anita was able to locate one for me. And everytime I e-mail her asking about a bag, even if I don't buy, she's still super prompt with her replies and so genuine sounding on the phone! love her!

Emiko- friendly @ the chanel store on bloor street. Just went today lots og stock and colors vut depending what you want. You can call her to put stuff on hold if you know what you want
