Had an extremely pleasant shopping experience with Laura Puno, in Nordstrom, Fashion Valley, San Diego, CA. She obviously loves her career and it shows! She spent time showing me all the joys of a WOC, including how to style the strap different ways to achieve multiple looks. She made sure I left with the specific bag I wanted as she had two on hand, and included a cleaning cloth, etc..
