I highly recommend Quintin at Saks Atlanta. He is actually a personal shopper and covers all major luxury labels, not just Chanel. He has a shared album on Apple Photos that he posts lots of awesome items almost everyday.
He is super responsive, and has managed to successfully chase down almost every one of my requests!!
