She helps me with both my RTW and my purses. I have shopped with Kerri for 10 years now. Always respsonsive, helpful, and fun to shop with. She has a great feel with how to start a collection or add to it based on what you want. She has gone above and beyond in finding things I wanted. Sometimes having them shipped from other boutiques.
A few weeks ago while I was at the boutique Kerri and I went over the choices for RTW, purses, and then I just metioned, almost in passing maybe I would get a watch instead of a purse, or clothing. Kerri really encouraged me to get the watch inspite of the fact that she works the RTW and purses. Told me it would be a better choice for now and that she was certain that when sale time came around again I would find some RTW that I would like equally as much as what I was finding in the current sale. I did follow her advice and she is so right! I hadl'y remember what the clothes looked like that I just had to have and know that I will always find a beautiful purse. She was great, I highly recommend her! She is my "go to" SA.

Andrea Redmond at neiman marcus downtown dallas. She is a sale specialist not only in chanel but other brand name at NM. From my experienced with her, she does knows a lot about chanel and also very knowledgeable about other brand. She is very sweet and nice, highly recommend her to anyone. She is not like any other SA that i had before, she is the best and only my go to SA at neiman marcus 
. I buy from her many times and it doesnt seem like NM downtown dallas have long waitlist for chanel bag at all. If you ever buy from her, please tell her kellyn recommended her, i want her to know she deserve to be recognize

I strongly recommend Geoffrey from Saks Chicago. He is amazing!! He found some Chanel flats on sale for me which other SA can't find!! Also, he helped me to do price adjustment for shoes on sale! I am so impressed by his service!

i highly recommend santy valencia from NM beverly hills , she's a sweet thing and i love her to bits, got my chanel boy from her and told her i did not get a dust bag from my previous SA and she offered to send me one no questions asked~
