I shopped at Heathrow Airport Chanel boutique last week and i was helped by Louise Green. She was really lovely and patient and when i was trying to decide between two bags she never pushed me to make the obviously pricier purchase.

Even though i got a WOC, she gave me the Chanel box (which i hear is a rare thing for Heathrow boutique) and my shopping bag had the pretty camellias and everything. She even brought a brand new bag from the back when the one i tried on was just taken out of the box for the first time for me.

Couldn't recommend her enough.
