Derek Dugger is wonderful to work with. I've purchased from him in the past and it was always a great experience and I think he goes out of his way to help. He also has a lot of friends within Saks and knows who to call for a bag if his store doesn't have it. I would suggest contacting him at the store or by cell phone.

not a snob at all. everytime i have a question about a purse even little things she would gladly explain it to me i bought 2 purses fr her already & would be coming back again. she even tracked down a wallet 4 me & called around until she found it for 2 wks. Great service all d way

I am new here and it's my first post ever. I have been reading TPF for awhile and I finally decided to get into this forum and participate. I got my 2nd Chanel bag (GST with SHW) at Neiman Marcus in Westfield Topanga. Sithy was the SA that help me and she was so gracious.
