Please add a Saks sales associate in the WAlt WHitman store. Her name is Terri Maui. Her number is (631) 350-1355. She is wonderful to work with. She can get you almost anything from any of the Saks stores.

Reece and Seamus are both great SA's at the Sak's Chanel in Friendship Heights (Chevy Chase) Maryland.

I found a WOC listing on purseforum and contact Reece immediately. He was not working today but he immediately contacted Seamus who kindly held onto the WOC for me. I got my first black caviar WOC. It was a pleasant experience and I am impressed with their services!! Highly recommend!

I have tried to email Laura at Nordstrom because she was recommended on this forum, but it has been 5 days and she has not got back to me. Does anyone know if she is still there? Any other recommendations. I live in Europe and will need international shipping.

Hey! Try Mary from Nordies! She's awesome. You can call at 503-224-6666, or email her at [email protected] Tell her Christine referred you, and she will try her best to locate the thing you are looking for. GL

Does anyone have a nice SA from Las Vegas? I'm going there in the end of May, and would like to see what they got in stores. Preferably email, but phone # is fine too. TIA! ;)

Carrie Barrell was super patient with my crazy self and my crazy friends. Didn't find what I was looking for but she was very helpful! PM me for contact details.

Dalila for Saks at Richmond VA is very nice. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I second this!!

I've been calling different Dept. Store looking for a specific item and Dalila was very, very helpful. Offered to put me on a waiting list (which some of the other stores that I contacted did not) and after she took my info she offered to check the system to see if any other stores had the item in stock. She found a few in stock at other locations and placed my order and was very, very, kind while doing so. This would be my first Chanel purchase outside of shoes and makeup and even though it was over the phone, she made my first experience very pleasant.

Hi! Do you by chance have her info? Thanks!
I'm so sorry. Liz gave me her card but I think I threw it away when I was cleaning out my purse before heading home. I looked up the store on Yelp and this is what they give for the info: Chanel Wynn Las Vegas
3131 Las Vegas Blvd S
Las Vegas, NV 89109
(702) 765-5055

There were two customers who were friends looking at purses while I was browsing and they randomly asked me my opinion because they couldn't decide. It was a decision between the iridescent Boy bag in a gray color and a very light grey. For me, I preferred the darker grey. It was a really cool bag. The pearliness came through stronger on the darker color and had more visual interest to me. The lighter gray was also lovely but it was like it wasn't grey enough. I think I said out loud "Is this white? No. Is it gray. I don't know. What color is this thing?" and no one could say and we laughed about it. The iridescence was very(!) subtle on the lighter shade. Maybe it was lost on my thick head and that was the bag she chose ultimately. I don't actually know because I purchased and left and they were still deciding. ;) Since I was wearing jeans, she asked me to try the bags on too so she could see how they looked against denim because the other customer was in white shorts and she was in a shorter skirt as well.

Anyway, it was all very upbeat and a kind environment. Liz was really nice to me. I'm not the typical Chanel customer (I'm working on it! :)) but I really enjoyed my experience and I will go back there if I'm in Las Vegas again.

Any Boston SA recs? I've decided to stop shopping at the Boston NM the SA's there are so rude and I'm done!!! I haven't shopped at the Newbury boutique but if anyone has recs there I'd love it. Otherwise I guess I'll be driving out to NM Natick even though I live a minute away from the Boston location, such a shame.

I find the Boston NM SAs to be varied - some are super nice and some are cold. I love Susan and have also enjoyed Marina.

At the Taj boutique on Newbury, I've enjoyed working with Michael.

Don't forget Bloomies at Chestnut Hill where you will absolutely LOVE working with Jane or Laura.

At Natick, I work with Christine, but sometimes she can be a bit distant! Took me a couple of years (and several bags) for her to warm up to me!

I try to remember that because of their location near so many hotels, the Boston SAs get a lot of folks coming in who just want to try on a 'real' Chanel, and have no intention of buying. That's really hard work! :p

IVe been looking in Boston as well! So any rec's would be nice. I have been in contact with Lia from NM Boston and she has been super helpful so far!

I don't shop a lot at the Newbury Street store because it's not as convenient for me. The only SA I know is Michael - but all of the SAs have been cordial when I go in.

Hi wondering if anyone has dealings with either Damian Oto or Derek Dugger from Saks recommended in this thread? Which one is more helpful, better with giving opinions about a bag and responding promptly to emails? by the way, which Saks is Damian from? TIA!
Hi,
I live in Australia, and have used Damian for x4 purchases to date, and I love him, his service is outstanding, you will have no problems with Damian
