Hector's pretty responsive (only dealt with him via emails/phone). Allowed me to make a purchase over the phone and received the item next day.

James from NM is great. He has access to all the inventory in NM and can even pull stuff out of the warehouse, brand new unopened items. I bought two bags from him this way, both brand new in the wrapper. I was so thrilled. He also ships international.
