Yvonne Tay from Singapore (Takashimaya) is the best.
She is very helpful and experienced. She saw that I was carrying a limited edition seasonal bag that I bought many years ago and complimented that I had maintained my bag very well. She also gave me extra 'stuffings' when I told her my GST that I bought 3 years back was a little out of shape due its placement in my cupboard.
The best part: As it was raining heavily outside the store & to get to my car, she offered me a 'bag raincoat' to protect my current purchase. It was all these small gestures that made me a truly satisfied cutomer.

There is an absolutely stunning very tall French guy named Alexandre. He was very helpful to us with finding all of our purchases for my mom. He also put it all oh so pretty together with different colorful flowers
I wasn't feeling well and wasn't able to really thank him for this but oh my, he was such a sweetheart to us! Truly Chanel experience!

I love Wizie from Saks (DC), i was looking for an camellia woc since ever, but cause i live in south america is almost impossible to get one each time a go to the US because of the high demand, but she found one for me after searching and i'm so happy!!!
I highly recommend Kumi at chanel store in orlando too, although i couldn't find what i eas looking for she dif her best and never loses her big smile.
