Letizia, the assistant mgr at the Chanel boutique in Florence was so friendly and lovely!

Although it was my 1st time (and prob will remain the only time for a long long while since I was there on a holiday) in the store and bought only 1 bag (not a big customer, hah!), she treated me like an old friend, chatting with me on shopping in general, offering me drinks etc etc.. and all the while not trying to push items to me. This is what I call excellent customer service :)

xiao at saks fifth ave store in NYC.

He is the best SA i were met so far. He does not push you into buying something that is not what you want . And is pretty honest in what he says. I got my blue patent from him. I saw one in the store and i was about to purchase it right on the spot, and he saw a really tiny scratch on the bag, so he told me about it and special ordered a brand new one for me. none of the SA have ever done it. And i wanted to get the sueded caviar bag, he told me dont get it , it get dirty easily. I know most SA will just said get it it beauty or etcs.
