He is the best SA i were met so far. He does not push you into buying something that is not what you want . And is pretty honest in what he says. I got my blue patent from him. I saw one in the store and i was about to purchase it right on the spot, and he saw a really tiny scratch on the bag, so he told me about it and special ordered a brand new one for me. none of the SA have ever done it. And i wanted to get the sueded caviar bag, he told me dont get it , it get dirty easily. I know most SA will just said get it it beauty or etcs.

I would like to add someone to the list!! I highly recommend a gal named Wizzie. She's located at the Saks store in Chevy Chase, MD. The store number is 301-657-9000.

I'm new to shopping with Chanel and she made me feel like an established customer!! She's extremely insightful, pleasant and has a no pressure sales technique. It's really refreshing to work with someone that truly wants you to love your purchase!!

Karen Benson at Saks is great. She has been so attentive and got most if not all of my Chanel bags. If I had issues with a bag she wanted to make sure that I was happy.

I would like to recommend Kelli Crawford from Bergdorf Goodman in NYC, she just helped me with my GST and I couldn't have been happier! She will find anything for you and responds quickly to every text I send, and trust me I am annoying! :) It's refreshing because some of the bergdorfs associates can be intimidating but not her!

I couldn't agree with you more. Kelli Crawford is a doll, SA's can be so rude at Bergdorf Goodman. I highly recommend her.

Yes! I second this recommendation as well. She tried to look up the bag I wanted however it was completely sold out. She was very professional and pleasure to deal with. Too bad the sale didn't happen.

Jennifer at the SF boutique was amazing to work with. I felt she was super honest (told me not to invest in velvet boys esp if thinking of everyday bag) and didn't pressure me to purchase my boy... She even told me she wasn't supposed to recommend any products to clean their bags but showed me what she uses to clean the bags in the store...overall wonderful sales associate...
