I would highly recommend this SA. Ashley is a doll and is just as sweet as can be. She and her team went above and beyond to help me with my jumbo flap purchase. By "above and way beyond" I mean that they let me into the store after it had closed to purchase my bag. They knew that I had been on the road for 2 hours to get there and was delayed by traffic. Great Saks team - AWESOME Chanel SA!

Ok I just want to give another shut out to kellie Crowford at BG! I searched and called every store even the 800 Chanel # but the blue lambskin jumbo is sold out everywhere but today I got a text from her someone decided to return the exact bag and I stop by BG to pickup the beauty! She is really really great she left me alone to decide and look thru the bag for an hour w/o pressure or hover over me to buy the bag at all

Anita Hui in SF Chanel is friendly, helpful and very very accommodating. She has helped me get the purses I need. Always attentive even when there is a crowd literally coming out the door at the store. It can get very busy on the weekends. Gives me space when I need to decide on a bag. Could not ask for a better SA

Highly recommend Jane Simon at Chanel in Bloomingdales at Chestnut Hill.

I do not recommend James at the same location as he could careless and always made me feel I was a bother whenever I was in there. He's usually always busy looking at his phone or just tells me whatever I'm looking for is so hard to come by and never stay in stock. I would end up calling Jane and she somehow always locate what I'm looking for. Therefore, I'm staying with Jane from now on! In fact, whenever I see it's only James in the store, I walk away. He will never get any commission from me!

Had a very positive experience with Yvonne Shen @ Neiman Marcus in Bellevue, Washington. She works in the Handbags Department so she can get a hold of anything related to bags! However, she was really good with Chanel bags. I honestly thought she was better than the Chanel SA. She seemed to know more. Also, after purchasing from her and leaving my email, she immediately sent me pictures of other bags.

Yvonne unlocked almost all the bags for me to try on and even returned my bag and helped me repurchased it again so that I could get my points (because I decided the next day that I wanted to become a NM cardholder). While that happened she was off, so she even found another coworker to take care of me so I didn't have to go through the struggle of explaining my situation to another SA.

Lol... I actually became friends with her because she was just too friendly and helpful. Best SA ever! :D:D:D

hi I just passed by the chanel boutique in the dubai mall in Dubai, UAE. The sales assistant who assisted my husband I with our purchase of a pearl cc brooch was named JERI and she was very sweet and professional. Especially after a few bad experiences with chanel sales assistant in the boutiques in Kuwait she was a ray of sunshine :)
