Totally agree with u!!! Jane is very helpful. Talked to James once and I was very disappointed.

Steven Papi on the Madison Avenue boutique was so helpful the last time I was there! He was great with follow up after I received the bag too! Definitely look for Steven if you're in the NYC area!

Locally, I work with Ahmed at Neiman Marcus Mazza Gallerie- he is always helpful and patient! Easy to communicate with too since he is accessible via text!

Hi Everyone! I just got my new Beige Caviar jumbo classic. Went through Carlos Pesantez at BG in New York. Wow. The service was amazing. It came beautifully packaged. I explained to him that it would be a very special purchase for myself. Even though he said it would come from the warehouse, he ensured I would be taken care of. I cannot be any happier. The camelia, the wrapping, beautiful black tissue, everything. Thank you Carlos!!!

hi everyone,

Nadia from Rue Cambon is an absolute dear. she will serve u patiently & will not pressurize u at all.

yesterday when I was there, the bag I wanted was sold out so I had to go for my 2nd choice. but after I made my payment n she has packed everything, a new shipment of bags came in & she quickly showed me the bag that I wanted.

cut e long story short, I went for my first choice = )
