Ask for Lana at Chanel South Coast Plaza! Not only was she super patient (I changed my mind about a gift last minute and switched it for another item), but she wrapped both items individually with holiday wrapping with camelias inside and outside the bag- none of the other SAs were doing this for their customers, even for the ones making big purchases. Left her lunch break early to accommodate my timing as well. I think I've found my SA
