I would like to recommend Xiaolin at Saks on Fifth Avenue in NYC. He is very sincere, patient and honest. He wouldn't steer you wrong!!! Also, Bella at Chanel Boutique in Short Hills, NJ.

Karen Benson at Saks is great. She has been so attentive and got most if not all of my Chanel bags. If I had issues with a bag she wanted to make sure that I was happy.

I couldn't agree more! Karen Benson is wonderful! Extremely attentive and went above and beyond to locate a Chanel Jumbo double flap for my sister's birthday She's the BEST!

Nancy Holder at Nordstrom Downtown Seattle, the flagship store (Nancy.J.Holder@nordstrom.com). She's so pleasant and responsive. There were some minor imperfections with my bag (at no fault to her) and she quickly helped me locate another one. She definitely goes above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.

From past experience with other SA's, once they made the sale and when I had any issues with my purchase they were either not responsive or would blow me off by having the "take it or leave ot" attitude which is unacceptable especially with the amount I'm spending on a handbag.

Although I haven't purchased a handbag through her, she was also very responsive in helping me track down my bag although NM didn't purchase the color I was looking for.
