Check out the eBay reviews. Many recent negative ones were changed from negative to neutral in the last week. Reviews including item never received or damaged. I wonder if rebag is incentivizing customers to change their reviews.

I have been keeping a close eye because they have something I really want for a great price but I am still too nervous based on the reviews

I came here to see what others are saying. I've shopped at Rebag for a couple of years. I used to be their Diamond VIP. I am disappointed to say that the quotes have been lower and lower. Their manual quotes used to be always higher than their Claire robot quote. Then, the manual quotes became lower than claire quotes. I only bought from them because I liked the trade in program even though Fashiophile was often lower in price.

This time around, theyre trying to jerk me around on 2 quotes for chanel jumbo caviar single flaps. $4180 for a red caviar single flap. $4900 for a beige claire single flap. I made a mistake and submitted the beige claire as a double flap. My bad. So I expect them to lower that one. then they came back to tell me that both of the flaps were not as described because I submitted both of them as double flaps which isnt true. It is right there on the website that it I submitted the red one properly. I think someone quoted me too high and they're trying to back away from it. I was trading 6 items for 1 hermes kelly. If they wont honor the quote for the red jumbo, Im pulling back all 6 items and canceling this ish and never working with them again. SHADY!

Well... Rebag has struck again. I sent an item to Rebag as part of their trade program. Rebag provided me with a pre-paid label to ship the item (a vintage Chanel purse) to their warehouse. I was informed by Rebag via email that while the box arrived to their warehouse, the contents of the package was not received and that I should send the FedEx drop off receipt so they can contact FedEx. I provided the receipt, but received no response to that communication. I called their customer service line four times and used their website's "chat" feature only to be told that Rebag is refusing to compensate me for the loss and they won't be opening a claim with FedEx...

I have contacted FedEx separately but because I used Rebag's shipping label it would have to be Rebag that would have to open an investigation with them. How is this an acceptable business practice? Rebag invites customers to trade/sell in their items, provides a Rebag pre-paid shipping label to customers, but yet refuses to accept any responsibility for any loss or theft in transit. At minimum, they refuse to open an investigation to assist me with a solution so I may have some recourse here. I should've come here first or watch She'sThePosh before sending them my item. This company is a scam and has no regard for their customers.

So sorry this happened do you. You can file a complaint with New York consumer protection service. This happened to me that didn't arrive comment but the box did. I would also keep check their website and see if it gets listed. Also contact Fedex and see if the box arrived open or damaged. Then you can give that all to consumer protection. So sorry this happened. Not sure if it will help but at least it could get them investigated for potential theft. Because how does this keep happening with this particular company. How to file your complaint with Consumer protection service. https://dos.ny.gov/consumer-protection You can always reach out to me im shes the posh on IM too. So sorry you are going through this

Absolutely horrifying. I’m so sorry. I have nothing to add other than I hope you can get a fair resolution to this. Thank you for sharing. I will never do business with this company again. I have sold a few bags to them, done trades and purchased countless Hermes and Chanel bags from them over the years. They have severely declined as a company and it is horrifying. Please keep us updated. Again, so sorry.

Thanks! I've already filed complaints on BBB and the NY Consumer Protection Service website. Wait, did they also tell you that the box arrived but the item was missing?

If Rebag does not meet me with a proper resolution I'll be filing suit because this is egregious and I have not encountered a company with such terrible service/policies. They should not be in business with the way they conduct themselves and treat their customers.

Yes I had 4 items in 1 box and the most expensive bag wasn't in there but the other 3 items were. I think it just got misplaced. They did check it in to their system but later said it wasn't there. My case is still on going with them. If you DM me your case number on Instagram I will let my case worker know about yours. That way they can work together.

I'm horrified to read this -- they used to be fairly ok to deal with, and now every interaction people post online seems to be very negative. I stopped doing business with them when they instituted their new membership program. I really hope it gets resolved for you!

This is worth a small claims lawsuit! Many courts are still doing litigation by Zoom so you may not even have to travel somewhere. (No lawyer is necessary for small claims and the limits for small claims are usually between $7500 and $10K so your loss is probably less than that range.)

Rebag is the Fedex account holder so they have to be the one to file a claim. If they tell you to go to Fedex and Fedex sends you to them, clearly no one is taking responsibility.

Just wanted to share my experience: I sold two celine box bags (that I never used) and a celine triomphe medium bag (that I did use) to Rebag. Sent them off using their labels. They stayed in contact with me the whole time through email so responses were prompt.

They accepted the two box bags but not the triomphe medium bag. When I followed up and asked why the triomphe bag wasn't accepted, they gave me a laundry list of reasons from their guidelines but said nothing specific.

I know one of the possible reasons the bag was rejected was because Rebag might think it's fake. After all, celine bags are notoriously hard to authenticate because of how many fakes there are out there. I got it from vestiaire years ago. At this point I've heard people have had issues with fake bags from many resellers. So Rebag could be wrong, or Vestiaire could be wrong. Or Rebag rejected the bag for other reasons that have nothing to do with authenticity.

The celine box bags I bought were also from secondhand sellers. I think one was from fashionphile and one was from Rebag.

I was lucky and got sent the triomphe bag back safely. I'm pretty sure it's my bag. But the bag was sent back in a cardboard box and brown packing paper. Did not even put the bag in its dust bag. I'm just happy to have my bag back. I'm not planning on selling any other bags, I'm just going to use and enjoy my collection.
