If you used to be a VIP and now you're a nothing to them, just note that shipping is now $20 to $50, and if you still have your 15% reward you only have until May 6 to use it or you lose it and you won't get another unless you join their program.

So you have now completely lost your vintage Chanel and no one is doing squat about it? I am horrified! I am so sorry this happened to you.Well... Rebag has struck again.
So sorry this happened do you. You can file a complaint with New York consumer protection service. This happened to me that didn't arrive comment but the box did. I would also keep check their website and see if it gets listed. Also contact Fedex and see if the box arrived open or damaged. Then you can give that all to consumer protection. So sorry this happened. Not sure if it will help but at least it could get them investigated for potential theft. Because how does this keep happening with this particular company. How to file your complaint with Consumer protection service. https://dos.ny.gov/consumer-protection You can always reach out to me im shes the posh on IM too. So sorry you are going through thisWell... Rebag has struck again. I sent an item to Rebag as part of their trade program. Rebag provided me with a pre-paid label to ship the item (a vintage Chanel purse) to their warehouse. I was informed by Rebag via email that while the box arrived to their warehouse, the contents of the package was not received and that I should send the FedEx drop off receipt so they can contact FedEx. I provided the receipt, but received no response to that communication. I called their customer service line four times and used their website's "chat" feature only to be told that Rebag is refusing to compensate me for the loss and they won't be opening a claim with FedEx...
I have contacted FedEx separately but because I used Rebag's shipping label it would have to be Rebag that would have to open an investigation with them. How is this an acceptable business practice? Rebag invites customers to trade/sell in their items, provides a Rebag pre-paid shipping label to customers, but yet refuses to accept any responsibility for any loss or theft in transit. At minimum, they refuse to open an investigation to assist me with a solution so I may have some recourse here. I should've come here first or watch She'sThePosh before sending them my item. This company is a scam and has no regard for their customers.
Absolutely horrifying. I’m so sorry. I have nothing to add other than I hope you can get a fair resolution to this. Thank you for sharing. I will never do business with this company again. I have sold a few bags to them, done trades and purchased countless Hermes and Chanel bags from them over the years. They have severely declined as a company and it is horrifying. Please keep us updated. Again, so sorry.Well... Rebag has struck again. I sent an item to Rebag as part of their trade program. Thanks! I've already filed complaints on BBB and the NY Consumer Protection Service website. Wait, did they also tell you that the box arrived but the item was missing? So sorry this happened do you. Yes I had 4 items in 1 box and the most expensive bag wasn't in there but the other 3 items were. I think it just got misplaced. They did check it in to their system but later said it wasn't there. My case is still on going with them. If you DM me your case number on Instagram I will let my case worker know about yours. That way they can work together. Thanks! If Rebag does not meet me with a proper resolution I'll be filing suit because this is egregious and I have not encountered a company with such terrible service/policies. They should not be in business with the way they conduct themselves and treat their customers.
I'm horrified to read this -- they used to be fairly ok to deal with, and now every interaction people post online seems to be very negative. I stopped doing business with them when they instituted their new membership program. I really hope it gets resolved for you!Well... Rebag has struck again. This is worth a small claims lawsuit! Many courts are still doing litigation by Zoom so you may not even have to travel somewhere. (No lawyer is necessary for small claims and the limits for small claims are usually between $7500 and $10K so your loss is probably less than that range.)Well... Rebag has struck again.
