I don’t understand how they price their buy outs. I got a lot of low ball quotes before and once a decent buyout price. I was going to see how much they would quote my small caviar w ghw. I am considering going for a medium lamb instead ... I thought they would probably quote well... it’s outrageous they quoted it for a price of a mini (tax included) and it is a 30 series!

I got such low offer for a new small beige Claire with gold hardware in caviar. I would of sold it if I got retail price. And even lower for my jumbo!

Too low. Last spring they quoted me $3500 for my brand new white medium CF (I wasn't really going to sell it, just wondering). I guess it's just demand-based(?) because they offered me $3300 for my grey lambskin mini. Is white just not a popular color?

I get a check… never had an issue. They quote based upon supply and demand.

I got both direct deposit and NM gift cards before and used the gift cards to purchase Chanel at NM. It’s safe.

That sounds pretty fair especially if you opt for the GC for the additional 10%. If you look at the new medium Boys that are currently listed, they range from around $4200-$5000 so you aren't being undercut drastically. Depending on what type of leather yours is. The caviars looks like they are priced higher than $5k while the other leathers are in the mid $4k range.

The secret is trying to figure out when Chanel will do an increase and also depends on how much you purchased it for and if you can afford to wait for the bags to increase again. You can always wait 30 days and resubmit. I’ve done this and both have been quoted higher for one bag and lower for another. Though for a new medium- I don’t think that bag is fetching as a high of a price currently as the mini’s but the price seems good to me.
