I dropped off my Chanel Bag last Friday the 4th and literally just got paid yesterday- took a full week!! i also called yesterday and sent a message and by 4pm I received my gift cards by email.

They have another location with stock in New Jersey but the headquarters is still in Carlsbad.

If you look at the details of each item, it will list the item location useful if you live near any of their locations because you can make an appointment to view it in person (at least, they did pre-covid). HTH!

Usually takes less than a week for me. That's if your payment method is ACH though

I got my payout in a little less than a week. They took more pictures of the bag when I went for my appointment to drop off. The girl then said she had to call someone to get authorization and she took the bags with her into a different room. She came back and I signed something saying I understand basically I'm relinquishing the bags to them, but before I signed I made sure I would be getting what I was quoted. And then because I opted for direct deposit she said to look for it in my account within 3-7 business days. I believe she said the bags had to be shipped out. Again though, I got the payout pretty quick. I felt so much better about doing it this way than the last time I sold to them and had to ship it out via UPS. I've just heard so many horror stories of theft the past couple of years.

Oh that’s nice. I might do that next time. I ended up shipping it out today bc I wasn’t sure when I’d get to Neimans. Good to know though. Thank you!

I dropped a coco handle off at NM on Monday and it's already arrived at the destination (maybe Carlsbad?) and been authenticated, I'll probably receive payment tomorrow, I live in California though so that's likely why it's so quick
