I submitted a Chanel medium flap to fashionphile several months ago and did not accept their offer. I resubmitted it recently and they offered $1500 more than the first offer. I took it.

Do you guys know how long it takes to get the payout if you drop the item off at a Neiman Marcus location?
I have noticed with my last few shipments to Fashionphile that they have recently upped their east coast based facility in NY. I used to have to ship my bags from DC to CA and it would take a long time to intake, authenticate, and then get paid. Now, my shipments go to NY and get there within a day and it usually takes about 4 days for everything and then to get the money in my account now. Definitely stepping things up it seems.
No, you are not permitted to publicly sell items. Welcome! My 2019 grey mini rectangular flap was quoted $3800, but they are selling for $5000 ish on the website. btw I am new to the forum. Is it allowed to resale bags here?
I want to sell the mini flap.
Thank you! That make sense. No, you are not permitted to publicly sell items. Welcome!
you could wait a bit and then resubmit.Thank you! That make sense.
Will do. Thank you!you could wait a bit and then resubmit.
A max profit of $1200 for them isn’t huge for them. Lots of times the mark up is much larger. You could wait and resubmit but if it’s in used condition and lambskin that quote sounds good. It doesn’t mean they’ll actually get $5000 they may have to mark it down plus they have overhead expenses. Basically I’m telling you that offer isn’t bad! it is worth a try to resubmit in 30 days and after the price increase. My 2019 grey mini rectangular flap was quoted $3800, but they are selling for $5000 ish on the website. btw I am new to the forum. Your offer isn't bad. Fashionphile typically marks up 30%. The have overhead expenses and take the risk of buying a bag that may not sell.My 2019 grey mini rectangular flap was quoted $3800, but they are selling for $5000 ish on the website. btw I am new to the forum. Thanks for your insight. It makes sense. My initial thoughts were I’d rather selling it directly to someone for 4K than letting a third party to make 1k so it’s a win-win for both the buyer and me. However, I guess a notable reseller does deserve some credit if it saves me a lot of time and troubles.A max profit of $1200 for them isn’t huge for them. Lots of times the mark up is much larger. Nope. Either that’s brand spanking new or I’d imagine a person would have to sell a heck of a lot to them to warrant that.Did anyone receive a 1099 form from Fashionphile before?
