I am very impressed with their turnaround time. Other than the fact that it takes over a week for a quote, I think the prices are fair for a buyout. Considering their reach to buyers is much further than I could ever achieve and, I don’t have to deal with buyers. They deposit a check into my account. So simple!
I have not tried to re-submit anything as their first offer is more than fair based on the limited comparisons I did for similar items.
I got good quotes too. Which compared to my vintage Chanel, I definitely got a better buyout (I think it depends on market demand, and I’m selling hot items). It’s good as I can’t be bothered to sell on my own (I have before), but I rather have a shipping label and save the hassle.
I live in east cost too and my package took almost a week to get to CA. It arrived today, website says deliver at dock, ID verified.
I think snow did not help, plus they include ground shipping.

I did hear that also. However I’m impatient and wanted my bag so I opted for cash. LOL! I guess I have to sell more bags now
My quotes were not what i really wanted, so i could justify it by taking 10% extra with NM gift card.
Yes, less than I paid but I was not using them so I sold. Chanel black jumbo brand new from 19C and LV Hina MM bag.
Chanel was not as bad as the LV.
This is really good to know ... FP just quoted me $3,400 on my Dark Blue 227 which is in excellent condition. Not a totally unfair quote but given the latest price increase, I had hoped for more. I‘m conflicted about selling the bag so I may wait and try the virtual appointment once my quote expires!
Reissues are not quoted as high as classics. Even coco handles are quoted higher. Also, 227 is not popular size so they quote really low.
If you bought it in recent years and it's significant loss, you may want to hold on until big bags come back to trend.

Yes, true that Reissues sell for less than classics, and larger sizes not as popular right now. Like I said, it’s not an unfair quote but I had hoped for more! I bought the bag in 2013 from the boutique for $5,300. I never got as much use out of it as I thought I would and have always felt conflicted about the bag. My DH likes it but I just haven‘t used it the way I thought I would.
You may be right that I should just hang on to it until the larger sizes are more on trend!

All, I just wanted to share my experience with choosing NM gift card option.
I packed all my items in one box and It took almost a week for the box to arrive to CA. I was tracking the UPS and taking pictures of screen shot as proof. Once delivered, I printed proof of delivery from UPS website. Ny the way, it was delivered 8:30am CA time.
I received email saying they received my items; it went to spam though but I was not worried because dashboard was showing processing.
Chanel items were processed on the same day and dashboard status changed to paid... I received NM gift cards in my emails within 10 minutes after it was processed. Make sure you check spam emails because the emails went to spam but after I moved them to inbox, next ones went to inbox.
Gucci and LV were processed next day. A

That’s a very good price, I did the virtual appt with them about 11/2 weeks ago, and they quote my white jumbo caviar new condition only $3600. I’m planning not to accept it, way too low
I am not surprised... they usually offer very low. I got a quote for a brand new mini and they offered me $2500 for a brand new 21C Mini!!!
