oh man.. the virtual appointment would have saved me so much time. I just drove there today... I have a mini rainbow reissue brand new never used... and got a good quote a month ago but it expired (i didn't see the am/pm time). So I went back again and they quoted me $400 dollars less (which makes it less than retail price)... I'm going to do a virtual appointment next time instead of driving there... thanks for the advise!
Did anyone chose the NM option? I’m selling two bags and wanted one NM credit but they only let me do both...so I guess I’m taking direct deposit.
Are you shipping those two bags to them? They told me that you can do it separately. You can select the NM gift card option and select only one item to get the shipping label and ship it to them. Then the next day you can change your payment method to check or direct deposit and ship the 2nd item.
Really? She didn’t tell me that! She only said they were working on that option. Have you tried it? I got 6k for my small So I figured I could use it on the blue flap I was talking to you about haha
Yes I have. I selected NM gift card option when I took the item into their showroom in person to have it processed. Then after the next day or so I changed the payment method to check and shipped the other one that I wanted to get cash. As long as you do it separately on different days then it would be fine. That was exactly what they told me also.

Yes as @nat74 said the payment method cannot be changed until the first shipment etc is processed. Then you can change it before you send your next package. I got screwed once when I didn't know this and sent 1 shipment to put as credit, because I had something on reserve and another to get cash. Well everything went as cash and I lost out on some money. 
So you have to wait for them to give you the credit first (process it) before you can get cash, etc right? Damn they make it so complicated. I would just be careful and double confirm you can do it before it completes. I was told that's what messed me up.
Got it. I think because nat did it in person so it got processed faster. For the people that ship it may take too long. I’ll just submit things on different quotes from now on. I got good buyout quotes so I guess I’ll just select the cash for now. I would have gotten a really good NM credit though for the flap I’m eyeing.

I am in CA and their warehouse is in Carlsbad CA so it took 2 days for them to receive it. I shipped it off on Monday and they received it on Wednesday morning. By Wednesday evening I received a confirmation email from them that they received my item. And the next day, Thursday they sent me a another email saying it has been processed and the check was issued. It was actually last Thursday. And the check is in the mail which will be delivered today by post office.
