Just stopped by my store, also confirming that the change to quota from 1 per 6 months to 2 per year is true. But in my case I hear it’s already gone into effect (instead of starting with next year). So if you’ve only gotten one quota bag this year you can get another one now until end of this year too.

The new system started in October 2019, which was last month. I was told that exceptions can be made. For example: if your SO arrived earlier this year then purchased another b/k, you may be able to purchase one more. The rules are never concrete so it ultimately depends on your sa/sm.
Yep last month is what mine said too! It’s interesting how it’s changing in the middle (end) of the year. I’m sure that ultimately the SM can help with exceptions if needed. Also apparently there is currently a lack of bags in US shipments generally speaking but things should be better come Christmas shopping time
Wish list for Munich will also close soon as they want to work on fulfilling outstanding orders first. SAs are proactively reaching out to customers with several bags and colours on their wishlist to implement the 1-bag-wishlist rule for everyone. This has been in place longer already as a general rule of thumb but my store still remained a bit flexible on model, size and colour. I wonder how this will impact the 2-bags-per-year rule in the future as the probability of receiving the one exact bag on your wishlist should be comparably low already.
My SA said exactly the same thing when she offered Constance after I got my quota bag this semester.

Although it is a somewhat meaningless guideline because in reality for various reasons sometimes the policy is strict and sometimes it isn’t.Thank you! Hi! I was in Paris last October and luckily scored a B25 in the FSH.. am planning to go back end of December, when I asked there if I will be able to get another B or K one SA replied it will be too soon for that but maybe a C, and another SA told me yes I can because its 2 quota bag rule per year regardless..

Did you have a purchase history in fsh prior to obtaining your b25? If so may I ask what price range did you spend?
The only thing I got from the FSH before is a kelly 32 in 2010.. but in this trip, I had an online appointment and spent almost 2000 euro on some items with the B25..
If my history in severs and George V counts, I spent the the total of 5500 euro from both store bought 2 gold rings and some small items on my wishlist..
But I think if you get an online appointment your history doesn’t matter..
My sister got rejected in all her online attempts, but had some items reserved for the total of 2000, and also got a B25 but with the help of a sweet SA who told her if you didn’t get an appointment till your last day, she would push for one..
