Do u know how many quota bags can u get per year in US? I heard 2 per year.

A maximum of two per calendar year per account.

In my opinion only, an MK II will be extremely hard even if you get a lottery appt which is apparently more difficult than getting into a top Ivy League university. For a new client, I really think you would be better off spending at your local store.. I personally would not rely on prespend in the amount of an MK II to get you a walk in appt, or a walk in appt to get you anything close to an MK II. JMO, and perhaps someone else will chime in with another viewpoint

I have to agree with @880. If you are set on a MKII perhaps establishing a purchase history at your local store may be best and could lead to success. Good luck ❤️
