Correct! its January to December so you should be fine trying for a bag in January again.

Does anyone know if the quota rules are changing in the US to 2 per year (per client) rather than 1 per semester (per client)? I think someone posted awhile back about this, just wondering if it has been confirmed by anyone in the US?

Yes it’s changed and confirmed. It actually is already in effect starting this October. I got a second quota bag this October after getting the first one in July this year thanks to the change (I didn’t get any the first semester)

May I ask a clarification on this please? Does 2 per year mean a client can get both bags in say Jan and Feb or Mar and June etc and would be done for the year? And conversely, a person may not get both quota bags till end of the year? I think the semester system guaranteed a bag every 6 months and this new system will drag the games out. Thanks in advance for your clarification

Yes, that’s exactly right. Two per calendar year, whenever in the calendar year, and then done.

Confirmed from my personal experience - I got a B30 in Oct and my SA asked me early Dec if I had only got one bag, and told me the policy had changed so I could get another one before year end - and I did get another B30 in noir Togo ghw mid Dec

My SA confirmed this as well on Saturday, that the change is already in effect :) Does anyone know if an SO arrives after you have reached your yearly quota (2 bags per client) if you will be allowed to purchase it?

But I think they are pretty strict with the 3 bags per year real limit. I’m guessing if you got two quota bags and then a SO came in, they would file an exception and let you buy it but if a second SO came in after that point, they would probably make you wait until the following calendar year to purchase it.
